Abstract

Pada era serba digital sekarang hampir semua proses pendataan dilakukan secara otomasi. Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi web untuk melakukan pendataan pergudangan atau pengarsipan dan sistem informasi untuk melakukan monitoring laporan dokumentasi. Oleh karena itu, seksi pelayanan KPP Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo mengembangkan sistem informasi web untuk melakukan pendataan arsip dan monitoring laporan. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman web seperti PHP, CSS, HTML dan Javascript dengan DBMS MySQL. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pendataan arsip yang banyak serta memudahkan untuk melihat hasil laporan setiap penanggung jawabnya.

In this digital era, almost all data collection processes are automated. The Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo requires a web information system to collect data for warehousing or archiving and an information system to monitor documentation reports. Therefore, the service section of KPP Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo developed a web information system to perform archive data collection and report monitoring. This application is built using web programming languages such as PHP, CSS, HTML and Javascript with MySQL DBMS. This application is expected to make it easier to do a lot of archive data collection and make it easier to see the results of the report of each person in charge.
