Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan efektifitas mesin oven perusahaan harus melakukan maintenance sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah disediakan, agar tepat waktu divisi engineering harus bekerja sama dengan divisi lain untuk menyesuaikan jadwal maintenance dengan produksi. Dan melakukan monitoring part yang akan dipakai untuk kegiatan maintenance agar part yang ingin digunakan dapat tersedia tepat waktu. Pada pekerja perusahaan harus memberikan seminar motivasi guna menanamkan semangat bekerja, pemberitahuan tentang target produksi pada karyawan ini bertujuan agar pekerja mengetahui tujuan perusahaan

To increase the effectiveness of the oven machine, the company must carry out maintenance according to the schedule provided. In order to be on time, the engineering division must work together with other divisions to adjust the maintenance schedule to production. And monitor the parts that will be used for maintenance activities so that the parts you want to use can be available on time. Company workers must provide motivational seminars to instill enthusiasm for work, notifications about production targets for employees aim to make workers aware of company goals
