Abstract
PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) adalah terminal petikemas dengan aktivitas utama melayani pemuatan dan pembongkaran container yang bergerak di bidang jasa bongkar muat. Dengan demikian kebutuhan melalui jalur laut sangat dibutuhkan dan akan meningkat setiap tahunnya. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada tahun 2017 – 2021 dimana kedatangan kapal dan arus peti kemas pada PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong terus meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat hubungan variable yang diteliti terhadap kinerja bongkar muat (arus petikemas) di Pelabuhan Terminal Teluk Tamong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi didapatkan arus petikemas Terminal Teluk Lamong pada tahun 2031 yaitu 1.357.208 TEUs dengan pertumbuhan 4,49% dimana hal ini masih jauh dari standar UNCTAD. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan secara simultan antara variable Idle Time (X1), Not Operation Time (X2), Utilitas ASC (X3), dan Arus Petikemas (Y), dimana Fhitung 276,730 > Ftabel 19,2 dan signifikansi 0,044 < 0,05 maka Ho dan Ha diterima. Dilihat dari koefisien determinasi antara Idle Time (X1), Not Operation Time (X2), Utilitas ASC (X3), dan Arus Petikemas (Y), didapatkan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,995 yang menunjukan adanya hubungan kuat.

PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) is a container terminal with the main activity of serving the loading and unloading of containers engaged in loading and unloading services. Thus the need by sea is needed and will increase every year. This was proven in 2017 – 2021 where the arrival of ships and the flow of containers at PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong continues to increase. The purpose of this research is to find out how strong the relationship between the variables studied is the loading and unloading performance (container flow) at Teluk Tamong Terminal Port. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods using primary and secondary data sources. Using the regression method, the container flow of Teluk Lamong Terminal in 2031 is 1,357,208 TEUs with a growth of 4.49%, which is still far from the UNCTAD standard. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship simultaneously between the variables Idle Time (X1), Not Operation Time (X2), ASC Utility (X3), and Container Flow (Y), where Fcount 276.730 > Ftable 19.2 and a significance of 0.044 < 0.05 then Ho and Ha are accepted. Judging from the coefficient of determination between Idle Time (X1), Not Operation Time (X2), ASC Utility (X3), and Container Flow (Y), the Adjusted R Square value is 0.995 which indicates a strong relationship.
