Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Selular merupakan BUMN informasi dan perusahaan teknologi komunikasi dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. PT Telekomunikasi Selular memiliki kantor khusus bernama GraPARI. GraPARI adalah kantor layanan Telkomsel yang tersedia di daerah kantor pusat Telkomsel. Untuk membantu para agen GraPARI dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Divisi IT Support Channel Telkomsel telah membentuk Digital Smart Care (DSC) sistem web. Sementara web ini telah dikembangkan selama bertahun-tahun, saat ini aksesibilitas untuk fitur hanya melalui web. Dengan masalah tersebut, tugas penulis adalah mendesain versi mobile dari web untuk menciptakan lebih banyak aksesibilitas dan fleksibilitas. Dalam pekerjaan ini, langkah pertama adalah mengidentifikasi apa yang benar-benar dibutuhkan pengguna akhir melalui riset pengalaman pengguna. Kemudian, untuk benar-benar mendapatkan informasi dari data tersebut, Design Thinking akan memainkan peran penting untuk memahami apa yang sebenarnya dibutuhkan pengguna. Setelah sesi prototipe berakhir, penulis akan menguji desain maket dengan Studi Kegunaan. Terakhir, sesi huddle diinisialisasi untuk menyelaraskan desain para pengguna bisnis

PT Telekomunikasi Selular is a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Indonesia. PT Telekomunikasi Selular has a specialized office named GraPARI. GraPARI is a Telkomsel service office available at the local Telkomsel head office. To assist the GraPARI agents with their task, the IT Support Channel Division of Telkomsel has established Digital Smart Care (DSC) web system. While this web has been developed for years, currently the accessibility for the features is only through the web. With that problem, my task is to design the mobile version of the web to create more accessibility and flexibility. In this work, the first step is to identify what is the end user really needs through user experience research. Then, to actually gain information from the data, Design Thinking will play a significant role to understand what the user actually require. After the Prototyping session ended, the writer would test the mockup design with Usability Study. Lastly, a huddle session initialized to aligned the design with the business users
