Abstract
Flywheel hybrid adalah tipe kendaraan hybrid yang menggunakan flywheel untuk menyimpan dan melepas energinya. Pada mode flywheel charging, flywheel menyimpan energi kinetik yang diperoleh dari pengereman (regeneratif breaking) atau sisa daya dorong engine. Permasalahan flywheel hybrid salah satunya yaitu transmisi energi yang dilakukan saat flywheel discharge. Pada kondisi ini, putaran roda penggerak berubah�ubah mengikuti driving cycle dan putaran flywheel mengalami perlambatan karena discharge energi. Maka diperlukan sistem transmisi yang dapat menyalurkan putaran dari flywheel ke roda penggerak secara kontinyu. Rasio yang dipenuhi harus secara kontinyu juga. Sistem transmisi yang dapat melakukan hal tersebut yaitu Continously Variable Transmission (CVT). Dari berbagai jenis CVT yang sudah ada dipilih planetary gear system (PGS).Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini, untuk mengetahui rasio transmisi planetary gear dari flywheel ke roda penggerak kondisi discharge, merancang rasio desain planetary gear dan mengetahui perubahan putaran dan torsi generator yang digunakan untuk mengatur rasio transmisi planetary gear. Untuk mendapatkan rasio desain planetary gear, dibuat suatu grafik hasil daya generator terhadap rasio planetary gear. Kemudian dilakukan permodelan rasionya untuk mengetahui perubahan generator yang dihasilkannya.. Dalam konfigurasi planetary gear yaitu flywheel di pasang pada carrier, ring gear sebagai output pada poros roda penggerak. Sedangkan sun gear akan dipasang generator. Generator berfungsi mengatur putaran sun gear sehingga rasio putaran input terhadap output dapat divariasikan secara kontinyu. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah rasio transmisi planetary gear maksimum sampai minimum didapat 10-0.8. Rasio desain planetary gear yang digunakan adalah 4. Sedangkan perubahan kecepatan generator diperoleh 50900-350 dengan perubahan torsi sebesar 370Nm

Problems flywheel hybrid transmission one of which is carried out when theflywheel energy discharge. In this condition, the wheels drivechange and follow the driving cycle flywheel rotation slowed due to discharge energy. It is necessary that the transmission systemcan deliver round of the flywheel to the drive wheel continuously. Ratios must be met continuously as well. Transmission systemthat can do that is Continously Variable Transmission (CVT). Of the various types of existing CVT selected planetary gear system (PGS). The purpose of this final project, to determine the transmission ratio of the planetary gear from the flywheel to thedrive wheel discharge condition, the ratio of the design of the planetary gear design and observe the changes in rotation and torque generator that is used to adjust the transmission ratio of the planetary gear. To obtain the ratio of the planetary gear design, made a graph of the results of the generator power planetary gear ratio. Then the ratio modeling is conducted to determine the resulting change in generator .. In the planetary gear configuration flywheel mounted on the carrier, the ring gear on the output shaft as the drive wheel. While the sun gear will be installed generators. Generator controls the rotation round the sun gear so that the ratio of input to output can be varied continuously. The results of this final project is a planetary gear transmission ratio of the maximum to the minimum obtained 10-0.8. The ratio of the planetary gear design used is 4, while the generator speed changes 50900-350 obtained with a torque of 370Nm changes.
