Abstract

Laboratorium mempunyai tanggung jawab penting sebagai penunjang pelayanan medis di rumah sakit dan diperkirakan memegang peranan sekitar 60-70% terutama dalam hal penegakan diagnosis, tindak lanjut pengobatan, monitoring, keputusan rawat inap serta pasien pulang. Salah satu metode pemeriksaan laboratorium adalah Phlebotomy/ pengambilan sampel darah yang diambil dari tusukan pada jari atau melalui pembuluh darah di bagian lengan dengan menggunakan jarum. Pengambilan sampel darah dapat mendeteksi kondisi kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Hasil tes ini akan digunakan untuk menentukan tahapan pengobatan selanjutnya. Mempunyai peranan penting dalam tahapan pengobatan pasien, membuat itensitas pengambilan sampel darah perbulannya dapat mencapai 1500 pasien untuk sekelas laboratorium klinik Rumah Sakit tipe B, dan dapat mencapai lebih dari 1500 pasien untuk sekelas laboratorium klinik Rumah Sakit tipe A. Hal ini dikarenakan rumah sakit tipe A dan B adalah tingkat fasilitas kesehatan (FasKes) tertinggi dalam sistem rujukan dan memiliki jenis pemeriksaan paling lengkap, dengan tingginya intensitas dan frekuensi pasien perhari para Analis medis dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan cepat dalam kondisi critical hours, akurat, mengerjakan aktivitas sesuai Standar Operational Procedure dan memberikan pelayanan yang nyaman untuk pasien. Oleh karena itu, untuk menunjang tuntutan pelayanan Laboratorium klinik di tingkat Rumah Sakit tipe A dan B dibutuhkan Workstation/Stasiun kerja yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, pola perilaku kerja, sehingga mampu memberikan kenyamanan kerja bagi user operator yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam mencapai tuntutan pelayanan.
