Abstract

Bali merupakan sebuah provinsi di Indonesia yang ibu kotanya bernama Denpasar. Bali juga merupakan salah satu pulau di Kepulauan Nusa Tenggara. Keadaan pantai yang jernih menunjang wisatawan untuk menikmati ekosistem bawah lautnya, tetapi diperlukan snorkeling maupun diving untuk menikmati pemandangan tersebut. Untuk melakukan olahraga diving ini membutuhkan sertifikat khusus serta didampingi oleh instruktur. Dengan diperlukannya sertifikasi diving untuk lokasi yang memiliki potensi bawah laut yang indah, maka pada pengerjaan Tugas Akhir ini akan didesain moveable dive training center sebagai moda pelatihan bagi para wisatawan maupun calon divers yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang memadai dengan nuansa pantai yang indah. Dari kuesioner yang telah disebar kepada masyarakat, maka ditentukan fasilitas kapal dan didapatkan payload luasan pada moveable dive training center seluas 329,6 m² . Dengan mengambil rata-rata jumlah penumpang pada kapal dengan jenis serupa, maka ditentukan penumpang moveable dive training center yaitu sebanyak 8 orang dengan 8 orang kru. Ukuran utama yang memenuhi kriteria untuk moveable dive training center pada Tugas Akhir ini adalah LoA = 36,2 m; Lpp = 29 m; B = 7 m; H = 6 m, T = 1,65 m. Analisis teknis yang dilakukan berupa perhitungan berat, perhitungan trim, perhitungan stabilitas, perhitungan freeboard, dan Motion Sickness Insidence (MSI). Kemudian, dilakukan desain Rencana Garis, Rencana Umum, Perencanaan Keselamatan, dan Model 3D. Pada Tugas Akhir ini juga dilakukan analisis ekonomis dengan harga kapal senilai Rp 8,064,975,232.25, dengan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 5,591,704,317/tahun. Dilakukan perhitungan dan didapatkan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 3,131,447,747, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) senilai 17%, dan payback period selama 5 tahun 3 bulan 21 hari.

Bali is a province in Indonesia whose capital city is Denpasar. Bali is also one of the islands in the Nusa Tenggara Islands. The clear beach conditions support tourists to enjoy the underwater ecosystem, but snorkeling and diving are needed to enjoy the view. To do this diving sport requires a special certificate and accompanied by an instructor. With the need for diving certification for locations that have beautiful underwater potential, in the completion of this final project a moveable dive training center will be designed as a mode of training for tourists and prospective divers equipped with adequate facilities with a beautiful beach feel. From the questionnaire that has been distributed to the community, the ship facilities are determined and the payload area of the movable dive training center is 329.6 m². By taking the average number of passengers on ships of a similar type, the movable dive training center passengers were determined as many as 8 people with 8 crew members. The main dimensions that meet the criteria for a moveable dive training center in this Final Project are LoA = 36.2 m; Lpp = 29 m; B=7m; H = 6 m, H = 1.65 m. The technical analysis was carried out in the form of weight calculations, trim calculations, stability calculations, freeboard calculations, and Motion Sickness Incidence (MSI). Then, the design of the Line Plan, General Plan, Safety Plan, and 3D Model is carried out. In this Final Project, an economic analysis is also carried out with a ship price of IDR 8,064,975,232.25, with an operational cost of IDR 5,591,704,317/year. The calculations were carried out and the Net Present Value (NPV) was IDR 3,131,447,747, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was 17%, and the payback period was 5 years 3 months 21 days.
