Abstract

Pulau Tabuhan merupakan salah satu pulau wisata di Kabupaten banyuwangi yang pada tahun 2020 dicanangkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi untuk menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata internasional. Salah satu upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk menjadikan suatu destinasi berkelas internasional adalah dengan melengkapai objek wisata dengan sarana infrastruktur yang baik. Salah satu infrastruktur yang perlu dilengkapai adalah resort dan hotel. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan ini di inovasikan sebuah Boat Hotel Catamaran (Botel Catamaran) dengan fasilitas setara hotel bintang 3 sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Pemilihan ini menggunakan parameter desain ukuran utama yang kemudian digunakan dalam penentuan luasan dan fasilitas Botel. Analisis teknis yang dilakukan berupa perhitungan hambatan, perhitungan daya dan pemilihan mesin, perhitungan berat, perhitungan trim, perhitungan stabilitas, perhitungan freeboard, perhitungan tonase, analisis stabilitas, dan analisis kenyamanan dengan Motion Sickness Insidence (MSI). Didapatkan bahwa kapal ini memiliki ukuran utama optimal yaitu LoA = 29,26 m; Lpp = 28 m; B = 11,5 m; H = 4 m; T = 1,1 m; B1 = 2,77; S = 6 m dengan jumlah kamar sebanyak 6 buah dengan ukuran masing-masing 30 m2 dan telah dilengkapi dengan restoran dan longue. Kemudian, digambar desain Rencana Garis, Rencana Umum, Perencanaan Keselamatan, dan Model 3D. Selain itu, pada desain kapal Botel Catamaran ini, juga dilakukan analisis ekonomis dengan biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp. 28,551,328,624.32, biaya operasional per tahun sebesar Rp10,561,673,231, harga tiket Rp. 4,050,000 untuk low season dan Rp. 6,075,000 untuk high season, Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp. 1,918,450,040, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 7,69 %; dan payback period (PBP) selama 18 tahun 8 bulan 11 hari. =================================================================================================================================
The Tabuhan Island is one of the tourist islands in Banyuwangi Regency which in 2020 was proclaimed by the Banyuwangi Regency government to become an international tourist destination. One of the efforts that need to be made to make an international class destination is to complete tourist objects with good infrastructure. One of the infrastructures that need to be completed is resorts and hotels. To answer this need, a Boat Hotel Catamaran (Botel Catamaran) was innovated with facilities equivalent to a 3-star hotel in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The technical analysis is carried out in the form of resistance calculations, power calculations and engine selection, weight calculations, trim calculations, settlement calculations, freeboard calculations, tonnage calculations, comfort analysis, and comfort analysis with Motion Sickness Incidence (MSI). It was found that this ship has an optimal main size, namely LoA = 29.26 m; Lpp = 28 m; B = 11.5 m; Height = 4 m; T=1.1m; B1 = 2.77; S = 6 m2 with a total of 6 rooms with a size of 30 m2 each and has been equipped with a restaurant and lounge. Then, the outline plan, general plan, safety plan, and 3D model are drawn. In addition, on the design of the Botel Catamaran ship, an economic analysis was also carried out with a construction cost of Rp. 28,551,328,624.32, operational costs per year of IDR 10,561,673,231, ticket prices IDR. 4,050,000 for low season and Rp. 6,075,000 for high season, Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp. 1,918,450,040, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 7.69%; and payback period (PBP) for 18 years eight months 11 days.
