Abstract

Salah satu unit bisnis PT PLN (Persero) yang terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerja untuk menjaga kehandalan kelistrikan adalah PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Penyaluran dan Pusat Pengatur Beban Sumatera (UIP3B Sumatera). Supaya kinerja di PT PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatera sukses dan berkinerja bagus, maka diperlukan faktor pendukung terkait dengan proses performance based learning, self learning dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antar variabel untuk diketahui pengaruhnya. Variabel yang diuji adalah performance based learning, self learning dan budaya organisasi. Pendekatan dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan SmartPLS dilakukan untuk mengukur hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel yang diamati. Melalui uji hipotesis diketahui pengaruh setiap variabel terhadap kinerja organisasi. Performance based learning memiliki pengaruh besar dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan t-value adalah 2,991 dan ρ = 0,34; Self learning dengan mediasi kinerja individu tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dan hubungan negatif dengan t-value adalah 0,474 dan ρ = -0,04 ; budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan nilai t-value adalah 2,418 dan ρ = 0,351. Penelitian merekomendasikan beberapa hal kepada manajemen diantaranya (1) melakukan identifikasi pembelajaran performance based learning lebih detail diantaranya terkait dengan manajemen risiko dan keselamatan kerja (safety), (2) monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan budaya organisasi terkait tata nilai adaptif dan kolaboratif dilakukan secara konsisten setiap bulan pada seluruh pegawai, (3) manajemen mengevaluasi pembelajaran self learning agar dilakukan sesuai dengan masing - masing jabatan pegawai. Pengaruh hubungan antar variable serta rekomendasi tersebut menjadi masukan bagi PT PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatera untuk keberhasilan kinerja selanjutnya

One of the business units of PT PLN (Persero) which continues to strive to improve performance to maintain electricity reliability is PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit for Distribution and Sumatra Load Control Center (UIP3B Sumatra). In order for the performance at PT PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra to be successful and perform well, supporting factors are needed related to the process of performance based learning, self learning and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the relationship between variables to determine the effect. The variables tested are performance based learning, self learning and organizational culture. The SEM-PLS approach using SmartPLS was carried out to measure the causal relationship between the observed variables. Through hypothesis testing, it is known that each variable influences organizational performance. Performance based learning has a big influence and has a positive relationship to organizational performance with a t-value of 2.991 and ρ = 0.34; Self learning by mediating individual performance has no effect on organizational performance and a negative relationship with t-value is 0.474 and ρ = -0.04 ; organizational culture has a significant influence and has a positive relationship to organizational performance with a t-value of 2.418 and ρ = 0.351. The research recommends several things to management including (1) identifying more detailed performance-based learning including those related to risk management and work safety, (2) monitoring and evaluating the implementation of organizational culture related to adaptive and collaborative values to be carried out consistently every month for all employees, (3) management evaluates self-learning so that it is carried out in accordance with each employee's position. The influence of the relationship between variables and these recommendations is input for PT PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra for the success of further performance
