Abstract
Menurut Bappenas, sektor perikanan merupakan salah satu sektor andalan di Indonesia yang mampu memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Namun sayang dengan adanya potensi yang besar, pembangunan sektor perikanan budidaya kurang mendapatkan perhatian seperti contoh kurangnya inovasi teknologi. Oleh karena itu diharapkan dengan adanya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang makin berkembang, mampu mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan dengan lebih baik lagi. Kegagalan produksi dalam budidaya udang windu (Penaeus monodon) biasa diakibatkan oleh serangan penyakit. Serta pencatatan data adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Data tersebut penting sebagai jejak laporan pertanggung jawaban kepada Kementrian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP). Selain sebagai laporan pertanggung jawaban, data pun harus dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat oleh seluruh pegawai. Pencatatan data harian di perikanan masih secara konvensional yaitu pencatatan bersifat manual yang kemudian akan direkap di excel pada waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah solusi dalam hal menyediakan desain antarmuka informasi mengenai data harian suatu perikanan budidaya termasuk pencatatan dan rekomendasi penyakit udang melalui gejala klinis yang dialami. Tujuan dari solusi ini adalah memfasilitasi informasi mengenai data harian serta mengakomodasi rekomendasi berupa aksi yang harus dilakukan ketika udang terkena penyakit melalui gejala klinis yang dialami. Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan menggunakan metode design thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahapan. Proses penelitian dimulai dari tahapan empathize dengan melakukan penggalian kebutuhan dengan metode wawancara semi struktur kepada petambak dan anak magang. Selanjutnya tahapan define dilakukan analisis dan sintesis meliputi pembuatan empathy map, user persona, user journey map, point of view, dan how might we. Selanjutnya dalam tahapan ideate dilakukan proses ideasi. Kemudian dilakukan pembuatan desain antarmuka berupa medium fidelity prototype. Terakhir dilakukan proses pengujian terhadap pengguna pada tahapan testing. Hasil desain solusi dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam melihat dan mencatat data harian dan monitoring pertumbuhan di lingkup perikanan budidaya. Serta diharapkan dapat memudahkan petambak dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui permasalahan yaitu penyakit yang dialami pada ikan dan atau udang.

According to Bappenas, the fisheries sector is one of the mainstay sectors in Indonesia which is able to provide an economic impact on the people of Indonesia. However, it is a pity that with such a large potential, the development of the aquaculture sector has received less attention, as an example of a lack of technological innovation. Therefore, it is hoped that with the existence of science and technology that is increasingly developing, it is able to support better management of fishery resources. Production failure in tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon) cultivation is usually caused by disease. As well as data recording is a very important thing to do. This data is important as a trail of accountability reports to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). Aside from being an accountability report, data must also be easily and quickly accessed by all employees. Daily data recording in fisheries is still conventional, namely manual recording which will then be recapitulated in excel at a certain time. This study proposes a solution in terms of providing an information interface design regarding the daily data of an aquaculture fishery including recording and recommending shrimp diseases through the clinical symptoms experienced. The purpose of this solution is to facilitate information regarding daily data and accommodate recommendations in the form of actions to be taken when shrimp are affected by the disease through the clinical symptoms they are experiencing. This final project research was conducted using the design thinking method which consisted of five stages. The research process started from the empathize stage by exploring needs using the semi-structured interview method with farmers and apprentices. Furthermore, the define stage is carried out by analysis and synthesis including making empathy maps, user personas, user journey maps, points of view, and how might we. Furthermore, in the ideate stage, the ideation process is carried out. Then the interface design is made in the form of a medium fidelity prototype. Finally, the user testing process is carried out at the testing stage. The results of the solution design can make it easier for employees to view and record daily data and monitor growth in the aquaculture sector. It is also hoped that it will make it easier for farmers to identify and find out problems, namely diseases experienced in fish and or shrimp.
