Abstract
Kerja praktik merupakan kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan mahasiswa sebagai syarat kelulusan program sarjana (S1). Diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mengetahui dinamika serta kondisi faktual pada pekerjaan di lapangan secara lansung dan mampu memperluas wawasan mengenai penerapan dan pengaplikasian ilmu di bidang ketekniksipilan secara menyeluruh seperti mengetahui permasalahan dan pengambilan keputusan di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, penulis telah menjalankan kegiatan kerja praktik selama 2 bulan di proyek Apartemen Grand Shamaya Surabaya di bawah bimbingan kontraktor utama yaitu PT. PP (Persero).

Internship is an obligatory activity for undergraduate students as a requirement for graduation. It is expected the students can directly experience the dynamics and factual conditions of work in the field and expand their knowledge about the application and implementation of civil engineering principles comprehensively, such as understanding real-life problems and decision-making processes in the field. Therefore, the authors has completed a 2-month internship at the Grand Shamaya Surabaya Apartment project under the supervision of the main contractor, PT. PP (Persero).
