Abstract

Kabupaten Sampang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang sangat menunjang kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan kepariwisataan daerah yang secara kompetitif diharapkan mampu memiliki daya saing dan nilai lebih dari wilayah yang lain. Oleh karena itu pengembangan sektor pariwisata perlu dilakukan, salah satu caranya melalui peningkatan kualitas atribut produk wisata yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index dan Importance Performance Analysis. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kepuasan wisatawan terhadap produk wisata serta faktor-faktor yang perlu diperbaiki oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap produk wisata di kabupaten Sampang. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa Nilai CSI pada Pantai Toroan berada pada kriteria sangat puas. Sedangkan Pantai lainnya berada pada kriteria puas. Dapat disimpulkan yaitu secara keseluruhan wisatawan merasa puas terhadap produk wisata pantai di Kabupaten Sampang. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan terdapat beberapa faktor-faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan melakukan uji perbandingan rata-rata dan importance performance analysis. Faktor-faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan pantai di Kabupaten Sampang berdasarkan uji perbandingan rata-rata yakni terdapat 20 atribut. Sedangkan berdasarkan importance performance analysis yaitu rambu/penunjuk jalan menunju wisata dan kemudahan akses internet pada pantai lon-malang. kebersihan lingkungan, cita rasa makanan, kesesuaian tingkat harga makanan, tersedia toilet yang memadai, dan terdapat media promosi wisata pada pantai camplong. kemudahan akses internet, terdapat toko souvenir/cinderamata, keberagaman souvenir/cinderamata yang dijual, tersedia toilet yang memadai, terdapat rambu keamanan pada objek wisata, dan terdapat media promosi wisata pada pantai toroan. kebersihan lingkungan, kenyamanan objek wisata, tersedia lahan parkir yang memadai, kebersihan toilet, tersedia tempat sampah yang memadai, dan terdapat media promosi wisata pada Pantai Nepa.

Sampang Regency has natural resource potential which greatly supports the survival and growth of regional tourism which is competitively expected to be able to have competitiveness and more value than other regions. Therefore, the development of the tourism sector needs to be carried out, one of the ways is through improving the quality of tourism product attributes as measured by using the method Customer Satisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out tourist satisfaction with tourism products and the factors that need to be improved by the government to increase tourist satisfaction with tourism products in Sampang district. The results of the study found that the CSI value at Toroan Beach was in the very satisfied criteria. While other beaches are in the satisfied criteria. It can be concluded that overall tourists are satisfied with beach tourism products in Sampang Regency. To increase tourist satisfaction, there are several factors that need to be improved. This can be seen by conducting an average comparison test and importance performance analysis. The factors that need to be improved to increase beach tourist satisfaction in Sampang Regency based on the average comparison test are 20 attributes. Meanwhile, based on the importance performance analysis, namely road signs/instructions leading to tourism and ease of internet access on Lon-Malang Beach. environmental cleanliness, food taste, suitability of food price levels, adequate toilets available, and there are tourism promotion media on Camplong beach. easy internet access, there are souvenir/souvenir shops, a variety of souvenirs/souvenirs being sold, adequate toilets are available, there are security signs at tourist attractions, and there are tourism promotion media on Toroan Beach. cleanliness of the environment, convenience of tourist objects, adequate parking space available, cleanliness of toilets, adequate trash bins available, and tourism promotion media on Nepa Beach.
