Abstract
Pada masa ini, pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia terus meningkat yang mengakibatkan penggunaan lahan sebagai bangunan hunian semakin luas. Sudah banyak solusi yang dilakukan seperti pembangunan apartemen sebagai bangunan hunian yang dapat mengurangi penggunaan lahan meskipun pertumbuhan penduduk terus meningkat. Dalam menjaga minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan hunian berupa apartemen yang dapat meminimalisasi penggunaan lahan untuk hunian, diperlukan fasilitas pendukung serta kemudahan akses yang memberikan kesan nyaman bagi setiap penghuninya. Proyek Apartemen Kyo Society Surabaya menjadi salah satu pilihan bangunan apartemen yang dapat menawarkan banyak kenyamanan bagi penghuninya. Proyek pembangunan Apartemen Kyo Society di surabaya memiliki beberapa cara dalam mengoptimalkan desain kekuatan struktur serta desain estetikanya. PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk selaku kontraktor, menawarkan konsep struktur-arsitektur yang tengah populer berupa penggunaan fasad panel precast. Proyeksi penggunaan komponen precast pada bangunan gedung dinilai sebagai salah satu keunggulan dari segi kekuatan struktural dan estetika arsitektural di masa depan.

At this time, population growth in Indonesia continued to increase, which resulted in increasingly widespread use of land for residential buildings. Many solutions have been made, such as the construction of apartments as residential buildings that can reduce land use even though population growth continues to increase. In maintaining the public's interest in using housing in the form of apartments that can minimize land use for housing, supporting facilities and easy access are needed that give the impression of comfort for every occupant. The Kyo Society Surabaya Apartment Project is one of the choices for apartment buildings that can offer a lot of comfort for its residents. The Kyo Society Apartment development project in Surabaya has several ways of optimizing the structural strength design and aesthetic design. PT Wijaya Karya Gedung Gedung Tbk as the contractor, offers a popular structure-architectural concept in the form of using precast panel facades. The projection of the use of precast components in buildings is considered as one of the advantages in terms of structural strength and architectural aesthetics in the future.
