Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has led modern society to increasingly use m-health for health consultations and sharing health information in real time, as well as Indonesia. Halodoc application is the most frequently used m-health application in Indonesia with a percentage of 64.6% in 2021. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of Halodoc users increased by 600%. However, the sustainability of this increase is still uncertain, especially when the pandemic ends. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health, reports of COVID-19 cases continue to decline and Indonesia is starting to move away from the emergency phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, user’s continuance intention using Halodoc services is very important for Halodoc's future sustainability. This final project research aims to analyze the factors that influence the user's continuance intention to use Halodoc m-health services. This study will use the extended expectation confirmation model and will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method. The sample for this research is people who have used Halodoc at least once. This study has got 327 samples to be analyzed. The findings of this study reveal that IT identity, IT mindfulness, and satisfaction positively and significantly affected use continuance intention. Unexpectedly, perceive usefulness affected use continuance intention, but not significantly.
