Abstract

Pertumbuhan populasi penduduk mencapai 275.773,8 juta jiwa pada tahun 2022 menyebabkan adanya peningkatan kebutuhan energi. PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang merupakan salah satu perusahaan terbesar di sektor industri minyak dan gas yang bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan energi masyarakat. PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang mengelola sejumlah sumur produksi minyak dan gas, yang salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah kondensat. Kondensat yang diproduksi akan dipompa menuju ke gas metering system menggunakan shipping pump untuk dijual. Unit shipping pump harus memiliki kinerja yang baik agar dapat menjalankan proses dengan optimal. Perlu dievaluasi kinerja serta efektivitas yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) menggunakan data operasi dan maintenance dari unit shipping pump pada tahun 2022. Hasil analisis OEE pada shipping pump belum memenuhi standar tingkat dunia dengan nilai sebesar 71,18%. Faktor kerugian utama yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE menggunakan analisis six big losses, yaitu reduced speed losses dengan total waktu kerugian selama 512,88 jam. Hasil analisis FMEA menunujukkan kegagalan pada komponen medium voltage motor adalah bearing worn out dan stator winding insulation breakdown, sedangkan pada komponen centrifugal pump disebabkan oleh bearing worn out dan mechanical seal leakage dengan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) masing-masing sebesar 192.

Indonesia's population growth reaches 275,773.8 million people in 2022 causing an increase on energy demand. PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang is one of the largest companies in the oil and gas industry sector which aims to meet people's energy needs. PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang manages a number of oil and gas production wells, one of which is condensate. The condensate produced will be pumped to the gas metering system using a shipping pump to be sold. The shipping pump unit must have optimal performance in order to run the process optimally. Performance and effectiveness need to be evaluated by analyzing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) using operation and maintenance data obtained from the shipping pump unit in 2022. The results of the OEE analysis on shipping pumps do not meet world-class standards with a value of 71.18%. The main loss factor affecting the OEE value uses six big losses analysis, namely reduced speed losses with a total loss time of 512.88 hours. The results of the FMEA analysis showed failure in the medium voltage motor components, namely worn out bearings and stator winding insulation breakdown, while the centrifugal pump components were caused by worn out bearings and mechanical seal leakage with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) value of 192 each.
