Abstract

PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang hulu minyak dan gas. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah gas alam yang menjadi bahan baku bagi beberapa industri, seperti pembangkit listrik. Gas alam yang telah diproses perlu melalui sistem sales gas compression and export untuk ditingkatkan tekanannya sebelum didistribusikan ke konsumen melalui sistem perpipaan. Sales Gas Compressor (SGC) yang merupakan equipment utama dioperasikan secara kontinyu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Analisis efektivitas kinerja dan interval perawatan menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan SGC bekerja secara optimal serta berada dalam kondisi baik. Hasil analisis OEE menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kinerja SGC SK-50-K-01 A di tahun 2022 belum memenuhi standar berdasarkan Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), dengan nilai sebesar 87,67%, akibat performansi yang rendah sebesar 89,88%. Interval perawatan yang direkomendasikan berdasarkan hasil analisis RCM II adalah 641,702 jam atau 27 hari, dengan jenis kegiatan perawatan scheduled on-condition task.

PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang is an oil and gas company engaged in the upstream sector. Natural gas, one of its products, is commonly used as a raw material for many industries, including power plants. Processed natural gas need to go through a sales gas compression and export system to increase its pressure before being distributed to consumers through a pipeline system. Sales Gas Compressor (SGC), which is the main equipment, operates continuously to meet consumer needs. Performance effectiveness and maintenance intervals analysis using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II needs to be carried out to ensure that the equipment works optimally and is in good condition. The results of the OEE analysis show that the effectiveness of the performance of the SGC SK-50-K-01 A in 2022 has not met the standards based on the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), with a score of 87.67%, due to low performance of 89.88 %. Based on the results of the RCM II analysis, the recommended maintenance interval is 641,702 hours or 27 days, with scheduled on-condition task maintenance activity.
