Abstract

Pada pertengahan tahun 2022 dilakukan perencanaan pengerukan untuk alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Belinyu yang terletak di Air Jukung, Belinyu, Kabupaten Bangka, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pelabuhan (RIP) Pangkal Balam Nomor KP 755 Tahun 2018 yang diterbitkan oleh Kementrian Perhubungan, menyatakan rencana pengembangan Pelabuhan Belinyu yang akan mengakomodir bobot kapal rencana maksimal 9000 DWT. Dari informasi tersebut dibuatlah desain rencana keruk dengan alur sedalam 10 meter dan slope 1:4, yang mana menurut Pedoman Teknis Pengerukan Alur Pelayaran dan/atau Kolam Pelabuhan, salah satu tahapan perencanaan pengerukan adalah dilakukannya kajian sedimentasi. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan analisis terhadap bagaimana perubahan pola arus serta laju sedimentasi akibat pengerukan pada alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Belinyu. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan bantuan software Delft3D untuk memodelkan arus serta sedimentasi yang terjadi. Ada 3 pemodelan yang dilakukan yaitu meliputi saat keadaan alur pelayaran eksisting, keadaan saat alur pelayaran eksisting dengan dilakukan pengerukan, dan kedaan saat alur pelayaran di lakukan pelurusan dengan dilakukan pengerukan. Dari analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa setelah dilakukan pengerukan kecepatan arus di 4 titik pengamatan cenderung mengalami kenaikan terutama pada kondisi spring tide. Pada kondisi alur pelayaran eksisting kecepatan arus tertinggi mencapai 0.35 m/s, sedangkan setelah dilakukannya pengerukan arus tertinggi mencapai 0.5 m/s. Berdasarkan 5 Zona pengamatan sedimen, proses sedimentasi paling banyak terjadi di zona 3 dengan laju sedimentasi paling tinggi saat dalam keadaan eksisting yakni sebesar 21.208 m³/hari. Setelah dilakukan pengerukan pada alur pelayaran eksisting laju sedimentasi di zona 3 menurun dengan laju 19.588 m³/hari. Saat dilakukan pelurusan alur pelayaran dengan dilakukan pengerukan, laju sedimentasi pada zona 3 mengalami penurunan dengan cukup signifikan hingga mencapai 7.090 m³/hari. Dari hasil analisis ini rencana pengerukan yang dilakukan memberikan dampak pada pola arus serta laju sedimentasi pada alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Belinyu, dimana dapat dikatakan potensi sedimentasi di sepanjang alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Belinyu terbilang rendah.

In mid-2022, a dredging plan will be carried out for the Belinyu Port shipping channel, which is in Air Jukung, Belinyu, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands. Based on the Pangkal Balam Port Master Plan (RIP) Number KP 755 of 2018 issued by the Ministry of Transportation, it is stated that the Belinyu Port development plan will accommodate a maximum planned ship weight of 9000 DWT. From this information, a dredging plan was made with a 10-meter-deep channel and a 1:4 slope, which according to the Technical Guidelines for Dredging Shipping Channels and/or Harbor Ponds, one of the dredging planning stages is to carry out a sedimentation study. Therefore, the authors conducted an analysis of how changes in current patterns and sedimentation rates due to dredging in the shipping lanes of Belinyu Port. This analysis was carried out with the help of Delft3D software to model the currents and sedimentation that occurred. There are 3 modeling carried out, namely when the condition of the existing shipping channel is carried out, the condition when the existing shipping channel is dredged, and when the shipping lane is straightened by dredging. From the analysis performed, it was found that after dredging the current velocity at the 4 observation points tends to increase, especially during spring tide conditions. In the condition of the existing shipping channel the highest current speed reaches 0.35 m/s, while after dredging the highest current reaches 0.5 m/s. Based on the 5 sediment observation zones, the most sedimentation process occurs in zone 3 with the highest sedimentation rate in the existing state, which is 21,208 m³/day. After dredging the existing shipping channel, the sedimentation rate in zone 3 decreased at a rate of 19,588 m³/day. When the shipping channel was straightened by dredging, the sedimentation rate in zone 3 decreased significantly to 7,090 m³/day. From the results of this analysis the dredging plan carried out has an impact on the flow pattern and sedimentation rate in the Belinyu Port shipping lanes, where it can be said that the potential for sedimentation along the Belinyu Port shipping lanes is relatively low.
