Abstract

Baja adalah salah satu bahan baku konstruksi yang berperan penting dalam pembangunan negeri di seluruh dunia. Kebutuhan Indonesia atas baja semakin meningkat lewat peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur negara untuk mencapai perataan negara yang baik. Untuk saat ini perusahaan lokal asal Indonesia masih belum mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan domestik Indonesia, sehingga diperlukan aktivitas impor baja dari luar negeri. Peningkatan proporsi produk impor menjadikan persaingan industri logam dasar khususnya baja menjadi semakin sengit. Meskipun demikian, perusahaan industri logam dasar seperti PT. XYZ berusaha tetap bertahan di pasar baja. Melalui produk salah satu produknya yaitu Cold Rolled Coil (CRC), PT. XYZ berusaha berkontribusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan besi baja di Indonesia dan bersaing dengan produk impor. PT. XYZ saat ini masih memiliki metode purchasing yang konvensional yaitu melakukan Supplier Selection dengan harga produk termurah atau dekat dengan harga perkiraan sendiri PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses purchasing yang ada sekarang dan memberikan usulan terkait proses purchasing yang dilakukan saat melakukan proses produsi CRC sehingga dapat memberikan metode pemilihan Supplier yang baru dan lebih terstruktur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lewat Game theory yaitu Shapley value. Hasil yang didapatkan dari metode ini adalah alokasi biaya tiap Supplier dan total biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan kerja sama dengan Supplier.

Steel are one of the construction raw Material s that play an important role in the development of countries throughout the world. Indonesia's need for Steel, is increasing through increased development of the country's infrastructure to achieve good state alignment. For now, local companies from Indonesia are still unable to meet Indonesia's domestic needs, so steel imports from abroad are needed. The increase in the proportion of imported products has made the competition for the base metal industry, especially steel, increasingly fierce. Nonetheless, basic metal industry companies such as PT. XYZ is trying to stay afloat in the steel market. Through the product of one of its products, namely Cold Rolled Coil (CRC), PT. XYZ tries to contribute to meet the Demand for steel in Indonesia and compete with imported products. PT. XYZ currently still has a conventional purchasing method, namely selecting Suppliers with the lowest product prices or close to PT. XYZ. This study aims to analyze the current purchasing process and provide suggestions regarding the purchasing process that is carried out during the CRC production process so that it can provide a new and more structured Supplier Selection method. The approach used in this study is through Game theory, namely Shapley value. The results obtained from this method are the Allocation of Costs for each Supplier and the total costs incurred by the company to cooperate with Suppliers.
