Abstract

Fasilitas rumah atau tempat tinggal merupakan salah satu kebutuhan fisiologis yang harus dipenuhi oleh seseorang bersama dengan kebutuhan mendasar lainnya yaitu sandang (pakaian), pangan (makanan). Pembangunan sebuah rumah sendiri dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik faktor-faktor yang tetap dan telah ada sejak dahulu maupun faktor-faktor yang berubah-ubah sesuai dengan waktu dan manusia yang menghuninya. Desain rumah-rumah tinggal yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan rumah atau tempat tinggal yang nyaman bagi sebuah keluarga. Ruang yang tersedia hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuan dasar seperti beristirahat, memasak dan mandi atau buang air. Dalam perkembangannya terjadi perubahan tata letak ruang baik berupa perubahan fungsi ruang maupun penambahan, pengurangan dan pergeseran ruang. Salah satu contohnya persamaan pada Rumah Tinggal Cempaka yang terdiri dari 2 lantai serta Rumah Tinggal Dokter yang terdiri dari 3 lantai, desain rumah diberikan area bermain piano yang luas dan diletakkan di tengah ataupun di pinggir ruang keluarga sesuai dengan aktivitas dari pengguna sehari-hari. Selain itu, terdapat ruang tambahan seperti ruang aktivitas, ruang bermain, ruang belajar, dan mini perpustakaan dimana penambahan fungsi ruang ini memiliki fungsi untuk melengkapi fasilitas hunian yang dibutuhkan oleh masing-masing dari klien. Desain dari setiap ruang dihitung dan dianalisa berdasarkan jumlah penghuni, perilaku penghuni, aktivitas penghuni, pekerjaan penghuni dan sebagainya dengan pendekatan melalui sesi wawancara bersama penghuni. Sirkulasi rumah tinggal terbagi menjadi 2, yaitu sirkulasi utama (untuk pengguna utama) dan sirkulasi servis (untuk karyawan), dimana hal ini mempengaruhi peletakan tata ruang yang nyaman pada desain rumah tinggal.

Home or residential facilities are one of the physiological needs that must be met by a person along with other basic needs, namely clothing (clothing), food (food). The construction of a house itself is influenced by various factors, both fixed and long-standing factors as well as factors that change according to time and the people who inhabit it. The design of residential houses built to meet the need for a comfortable home or place to live for a family. The available space is only to meet basic needs such as resting, cooking and bathing or toileting. In its development, there are changes in spatial layout, both in the form of changes in space functions as well as additions, subtractions and shifts in space. One example of the similarities in the Cempaka Residential House which consists of 2 floors and the Doctor's Residence which consists of 3 floors, the design of the house provides a large piano playing area and placed in the middle or on the side of the living room according to the activities of the daily user. In addition, there are additional rooms such as activity rooms, play rooms, study rooms, and mini libraries where the additional function of this space has a function to complete the residential facilities needed by each client. The design of each space is calculated and analyzed based on the number of occupants, occupant behavior, occupant activities, occupant work and so on with an approach through interview sessions with residents. Residential circulation is divided into 2, namely main circulation (for main users) and service circulation (for employees), where this affects the comfortable layout of residential houses.
