Abstract

Kedua perancangan ini berisikan butir-butir kompetensi yang harus dimiliki seorang arsitek profesional sebagaimana yang telah ditetapkan oleh perserikatan arsitek internasional. Setiap butir kompetensi tersebut menuntut kriteria dan cara memberi nilai berikut pertimbangan-pertimbangannya. Perancangan pertama, berjudul Perancangan Compound Cafe di Tangerang. Rancangan yang merupakan cafe dengan konsep lifestyle center perpaduan antara area komersial berupa tenant food and beverage dan area publik berupa ruang terbuka. Pada bangunan ini terbagi menjadi dua zonasi, lantai satu sebagai area parkiran, dan lantai dua sebgai area tenant. bangunan ini memiliki tiga area tenant yang bisa disewakan dengan fasilitas berupa area terbuka, tangga urban, dan plaza yang bisa dipakai untuk kegiatan yang bersifat publik. sementara, pada perancangan kedua, berjudul Perancangan Gedung Kelas Rawat Inap Standar RSUD Kabupaten kediri sebagai aspek peningkatan kualitas yang ingin dilakukan oleh pihak rumah sakit. Bangunan ini terdiri dari tiga zonasi, zona perawatan, zona perawatan intensif, dan zona steril. Namun pada perancangan ini fokus kepada bangunan dengan zona perawatan yang terdapat area kamar rawat inap Kelas Rawat Inap Standar dan ruangan pendukung seperti nurse station, ruang dokter, ruang konsultasi, ruang tunggu, pantry, depo obat, dan toilet.

This two design projects that outline the competencies required by a professional architect, as established by international architectural associations. Each competency entails specific criteria and methods of assessment along with relevant considerations. The first design project is titled "Design of Compound Cafe in Tangerang." It entails creating a cafe with a lifestyle center concept, integrating commercial areas such as food and beverage tenants with public areas like open spaces. The building is divided into two zones, with the first floor designated for parking and the second floor for tenants. The structure offers three tenant areas that can be rented, providing amenities such as open spaces, urban stairs, and a plaza suitable for public activities. The second design project is titled "Design of Standard Inpatient Class Building in RSUD Kabupaten Kediri" and aims to enhance the quality of the hospital. The building consists of three zones: the treatment zone, the intensive care zone, and the sterile zone. However, this specific design project focuses on the treatment zone, which includes inpatient rooms of the Standard Inpatient Class and supporting spaces like the nurse station, doctor's room, consultation room, waiting room, pantry, medicine depot, and toilets.
