Abstract

Latar Belakang: Banyak organisasi mengalami tekanan untuk mengadopsi transformasi digital pada proses bisnisnya, tak terkecuali dengan PT XYZ, yang melakukan program transformasi digital pada bisnisnya yang salah satunya menghasilkan suatu inovasi digital berupa aplikasi nota dinas elektronik sebagai alat korespodensi bagi pegawainya.
Permasalahan: Namun inovasi digital yang dilakukan PT XYZ perlu dikaji untuk menunjukkan manfaat yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan telah sebanding dengan nilai investasi yang dikeluarkan, sehingga perusahaan memerlukan sebuah pengukuran atas seberapa besar dampak ekonomi dari inovasi digital tersebut.
Tujuan: Oleh karena itu penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil analisis dampak ekonomi investasi pengembangan aplikasi nota dinas elektronik dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi PT XYZ dalam melakukan evaluasi inovasi digital yang telah dikembangkan
Data dan Metode: Penelitian pada tugas akhir ini akan dimulai dari tahapan identifikasi dan analisis proses bisnis dari inovasi digital aplikasi nota dinas elektronik, yang dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi melalui pendekatan finansial metode Information Economic (IE). Identifikasi ruang lingkup, tujuan rancang ulang proses bisnis, dan data-data lainnya didapatkan melalui dokumen perusahaan, observasi, dan wawancara.
Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian tugas akhir ini yaitu inovasi digital aplikasi nota dinas elektronik memberikan dampak ekonomi yang positif bagi PT XYZ. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari analisis biaya, manfaat tangible, dan manfaat quasi-tangible yang menghasilkan skor IE, enhanced ROI, NPV, dan PP yang positif.
Nilai Tambah: Melalui penelitian tugas akhir ini, PT XYZ mendapatkan referensi hasil pengukuran dampak ekonomi pada redesain proses bisnis dengan inovasi digital melalui pendekatan finansial information economic. Hasil pengukuran tersebut dapat menjadi bagian dari parameter keberhasilan dalam transformasi digital yang PT XYZ jalankan.

Context: Many organizations are experiencing pressure to adopt digital transformation in their business processes, including PT XYZ, which is carrying out a digital transformation for its business, one of which is producing a digital innovation in the form of an electronic official note application as a correspondence tool for its employees.
Problem: However, the digital innovation carried out by PT XYZ needs to be studied to show that the benefits obtained by the company are comparable to the value of the investment issued, so the company needs a measurement of how big the economic impact of this digital innovation is.
Purpose: Therefore this final project research was carried out to obtain the results of an analysis of the economic impact of investment in the development of electronic official note applications and to provide recommendations for PT XYZ in evaluating digital innovations that have been developed.
Method: Research in this final project will start from the stages of identifying and analyzing business processes from digital innovations in electronic official note applications, followed by evaluation through the financial approach to the Information Economic (IE) method. Scope identification, business process redesign objectives, and other data obtained through company documents, observations, and interviews.
Outcome: The results obtained in this final project research are that digital innovation in the application of electronic official notes has a positive economic impact for PT XYZ. This is shown from the analysis of costs, tangible benefits, and quasi-tangible benefits which produce positive IE, enhanced ROI, NPV, and PP scores.
Added Value: Through this final project research, PT XYZ obtained references to the results of measuring economic impact on business process redesign with digital innovation through a financial information economic approach. The results of these measurements can be part of the success parameters in the digital transformation that PT XYZ is carrying out.
