Abstract

Pandemi C-19 atau COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease of 2019) telah menyebar dengan cepat di seluruh dunia dan berdampak kepada perdagangan internasional, termasuk di antaranya pada Industri Hulu Migas yang disebabkan oleh penurunan harga minyak dan produksi minyak dan gasbumi dalam skala global. Dampak atas pandemi C-19 juga dihadapi oleh PT. Baruna Raya Logistics (“BRL”), sebagai perusahaan swasta nasional yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa penyediaan angkutan laut, sebagaimana terjadi penurunan signifikan sehubungan dengan pendapatan perusahaan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan kapal untuk melakukan pekerjaan lepas pantai yang menurun.
Maka dari itu, BRL memerlukan strategi yang dapat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan perusahaan, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi model bisnis BRL sebagai jasa angkutan laut pendukung lepas pantai yang terdampak dari pandemi C-19. peluang inovasi bisnis yang dapat diterapkan berikut dengan peluang dan tantangan berdasarkan kondisi perusahaan tersebut. Adapun metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan berbasis kanvas model bisnis melalui wawancara semi tersturktur dengan informan utama dan informan pendukung, observasi melalui daring, dan dokumentasi, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model bisnis yang diterapkan PT. Baruna Raya Logistics sejak 1974 sampai dengan sekarang perlu dilakukan inovasi seperti diferensiasi pasar, menjadikan PT. Baruna Raya Logistics sebagai Maritime Integrated Logistics Provider di MIGAS, dan 4 PL Logistics Selain inovasi PT. Baruna Raya Logistics harus memperhatikan dan memaksimalkan kekuatan dan peluang serta meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman baik secara internal maupun eksternal.

The C-19 pandemic, also known as COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease of 2019), has rapidly spread worldwide, and impacted international trade, including the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry which has been caused by a decline in oil prices and global oil and gas production. The impact of the C-19 pandemic has also been felt by PT. Baruna Raya Logistics ("BRL"), a national private company engaged in the provision of sea transportation services, as there has been a significant decrease in the company's revenue due to the decreased use of ships for offshore work.
Therefore, BRL needs a strategy that can affect the company's sustainability, and the purpose of this research is to identify the BRL business model as an offshore support sea transportation service affected by the C-19 pandemic, business innovation opportunities that can be applied along with opportunities and challenges based on the company's condition. The research method used in this study is a business model canvas review by conducting semi-structured interviews with primary and supporting informants, online observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the business model applied by PT. Baruna Raya Logistics since 1974 until now needs to undergo innovations such as market differentiation, and positioning PT. Baruna Raya Logistics as a Maritime Integrated Logistics Provider in MIGAS, and 4PL Logistics.. In addition to innovation, PT. Baruna Raya Logistics should also pay attention to and maximize its strengths and opportunities.
