Abstract

Pada era modern, transformasi bisnis sebagai pengguna teknologi mengakibatkan timbulnya risk agent (penyebab risiko) yang harus diatasi menggunakan konsep manajemen risiko. Salah satu bentuk dari teknologi modern yaitu cashless payment system (sistem pembayaran non-tunai) yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam transaksi serta dapat mengatasi kekurangan pembayaran konvensional. Kantin Pusat Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember sudah menerapkan cashless payment system sejak 12 November 2021 dengan tujuan untuk melakukan integrasi data guna membuat sistem pembagian laba kepada penjaga tenant menjadi lebih mudah. Akan tetapi, risiko penerapan cashless payment system juga harus segera diatasi. Maka dari itu, penulis menggunakan pedoman ISO 31000:2018 dan metode House of Risk. Tahapan dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi risiko terhadap proses bisnis cashless payment system. Berdasarkan pengolahan menggunakan HOR tahap 1 didapatkan 20 prioritas penyebab risiko, prioritas penyebab risiko utama yaitu penjaga tenant merasa kesulitan karena MORIS tidak memiliki fitur notifikasi atau bunyi untuk menandakan apabila telah terjadi transaksi. Kemudian, dilakukan tindak lanjut dengan perhitungan HOR tahap 2 untuk menentukan usulan aksi mitigasi, didapatkan 31 risk response. Kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan diagram pareto yang menghasilkan 17 prioritas risk response yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan aksi oleh pihak manajemen. Prioritas risk response tertinggi yaitu pihak Bank Mandiri menambahkan fitur notifikasi pada aplikasi MORIS.

In the modern era, business transformation as a user result in the emergence of risk agents which must be overcome using the concept of risk management. One form of modern technology is a cashless payment system that can help the public in transactions and can overcome the shortage of conventional payments. The Central Canteen of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) has implemented a cashless payment system since November 12, 2021, with the aim of integrating data to make the profit-sharing system to shopkeeper easier. However, the risk of implementing a cashless payment system must also be overcome immediately. Therefore, the authors use ISO 31000:2018 guidelines and the House of Risk method. The stage begins with identifying risks to the cashless payment system business process. Based on processing using HOR stage 1, 20 priority risk causes were obtained, the priority for the main risk cause was that the tenant guards felt difficult because MORIS did not have a notification or sound feature to indicate when a transaction had occurred. Then, follow up with further step 2 HOR calculations to determine loan mitigation actions, get 31 risk responses. Then an analysis was carried out using a pareto diagram which produced 17 priority risk responses which could be used as considerations for action by management. The highest risk response priority is Bank Mandiri adding a notification feature to the MORIS application.
