Abstract

Metode pelaksanan suatu item perkerjaan merupakan suatu aspek penting yang dapat mempengaruhi waktu dan biaya dalam suatu proyek. Penentuan metode pelaksanaan di lapangan harus mempertimbangkan baik dari segi peralatan, tenaga kerja, dan material yang dibutuhkan karena dapat mempengaruhi waktu, biaya, dan kemudahan pelaksanaan di lapangan. Dermaga merupakan salah satu struktur pelabuhan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat sandar kapal pada saat menurunkan penumpang maupun barang. Proses pemancangan dermaga sebagai pondasi yang menopang dan meneruskan beban harus dilakukan dengan baik. Adapun metode pemancangan dermaga berdasarkan kondisi eksistingnya dapat dilakukan baik via darat maupun via laut. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan suatu analisis perbandingan baik dari segi waktu dan biaya antara kedua metode untuk menentukan metode yang lebih cepat dan murah dalam pemancangan dermaga pada Proyek Rekonstruksi Terminal Donggala Civil Work (CW) 1: Works for Reconstruction of Donggala Port. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengolah data primer dan sekunder yang didapatkan dari proyek yang berupa pendapat ahli, gambar desain rencana, harga bahan, upah pekerja dan peralatan yang digunakan selama proses pemancangan berlangsung. Dari segi biaya, analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, AHSP dan RAB pada masing – masing metode. Dari segi waktu, analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi dan membuat penjadwalan dengan Gantt Chart pada masing – masing metode. Dari analisis yang dilakukan pada masing- masing metode didapatkan hasil bahwa pemancangan via darat memerlukan waktu 123 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 4.297.818.622 dan via laut memerlukan waktu 184 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 7.568.074.048.

The method of work is an important aspect that can affect the time and cost of a project. The determination of implementation methods in the field must be carefully considered because it can affect the time and cost of a project. Work method determination in field should be consider terms of equipment, labor, and materials. Wharf is an port structures which function as a place for berth of ship’s when unloading passengers and goods. In the construction of a port, the pile driving method of wharf as a foundation for building structures on it must be done properly. Determine on its existing conditions, pile driving method of wharf can be carried out both by land and by sea. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comparative analysis both in terms of time and cost between the two methods to determine the faster and cheaper wharf pile driving method on Civil Work (CW) Reconstruction Project 1: Works for Reconstruction of Donggala Port. The analysis is carried out by comparing the primary and secondary resources by expert judged, design engineering drawings, material prices, workers, and equipment used during the pile driving process. In terms of cost, the analysis is carried out by calculating the volume, AHSP and RAB in each method. In terms of time, the analysis is carried out by calculating volume, productivity, duration and scheduling with Gantt Chart in each method. From the analysis of both methods, it is expected to be able to find out the right method both in terms of time and cost on the project. From the analysis conducted on each method, it was found that the pile driving method by land took 123 days with a total cost of Rp. 4.297.818.622 and by sea took 184 days at a cost of Rp. 7.568.074.048.
