Abstract

Laporan ini memaparkan perancangan dari tiga bangunan yang berbeda, yaitu rumah tinggal 2 lantai, kos 3 lantai, dan musholla 2 lantai, yang dirancang berdasarkan standar kompetensi arsitek yang telah ditetapkan oleh Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI). Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk menciptakan bangunan yang estetis, fungsional, berwawasan lingkungan, serta memenuhi kebutuhan dan kenyamanan penghuninya. Perancangan rumah tinggal 2 lantai mengutamakan keselarasan antara kebutuhan privasi dan kehidupan sosial keluarga. Lantai pertama berfungsi sebagai area publik, mencakup ruang tamu, ruang keluarga, dapur, dan area makan. Sementara itu, lantai kedua diperuntukkan bagi kamar tidur dan ruang keluarga pribadi. Desain fasad eksterior rumah ditata dengan gaya kontemporer yang menggabungkan elemen klasik dan modern. Pada perancangan kos 3 lantai, perhatian utama diberikan pada aspek efisiensi ruang dan daya tampung penghuni. Lantai pertama didesain sebagai ruang komunal, termasuk kamar mandi bersama, dapur bersama, dan area rekreasi. Setiap lantai atas mengakomodasi kamar tidur mandiri dengan fasilitas pribadi dan ruang belajar. Penggunaan material ramah lingkungan menjadi salah satu pertimbangan dalam perancangan ini. Musholla 2 lantai didesain dengan mengutamakan kesakralan dan kenyamanan bagi jamaah. Lantai pertama berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah utama yang dilengkapi dengan mihrab dan mimbar. Lantai kedua diatur sebagai area tambahan untuk kegiatan komunitas dan ruang pengajian. Arsitek berusaha menciptakan suasana yang tenang dan damai dengan memperhatikan tata cahaya dan penggunaan elemen arsitektur Islami. Selama proses perancangan, arsitek mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan dan efisiensi energi untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Penggunaan bahan-bahan daur ulang dan pemanfaatan sumber energi terbarukan menjadi bagian integral dari konsep perancangan ini. Secara keseluruhan, laporan ini mencerminkan upaya arsitek dalam menciptakan perancangan yang berkelas dan berwawasan masa depan sesuai dengan standar kompetensi yang ditetapkan oleh Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia. Harapannya, perancangan ini dapat memberikan inspirasi dan solusi bagi proyek-proyek perumahan dan komersial yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan di masa mendatang.

This report presents the design of three different buildings, namely a 2-story residential house, a 3-story boarding house, and a 2-story mosque, which are designed based on the competency standards set by the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI). The purpose of this design is to create buildings that are aesthetic, functional, environmentally conscious, and cater to the needs and comfort of their inhabitants. The design of the 2-story residential house emphasizes the harmony between privacy needs and family's social life. The first floor serves as a public area, comprising a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining area. Meanwhile, the second floor is dedicated to private bedrooms and a family room. The exterior facade of the house is designed with a contemporary style that combines classical and modern elements. In the design of the 3-story boarding house, primary attention is given to space efficiency and accommodating the residents. The first floor is designed as a communal space, including shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen, and recreational areas. Each upper floor accommodates individual bedrooms with private facilities and study spaces. The use of environmentally friendly materials is one of the considerations in this design. The 2-story mosque is designed with a focus on sacredness and comfort for worshippers. The first floor serves as the main prayer area equipped with a mihrab and a pulpit. The second floor is arranged as an additional space for community activities and religious studies. The architect aims to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere by considering lighting arrangements and the use of Islamic architectural elements. Throughout the design process, the architect considers principles of sustainability and energy efficiency to minimize environmental impact. The use of recycled materials and renewable energy sources is an integral part of this design concept. Overall, this report reflects the architect's efforts to create designs of high quality and future-oriented, in accordance with the competency standards established by the Indonesian Institute of Architects. It is hoped that this design will provide inspiration and solutions for sustainable and environmentally friendly residential and commercial projects in the future.
