Abstract

RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) adalah suatu metode yang dapat membantu dalam merancang program inspeksi untuk menentukan kapan dan bagaimana suatu peralatan diinspeksi berdasarkan tingkat risikonya. Metode risk-based inspection pada penelitian ini diaplikasikan pada peralatan statis yang terdapat pada unit regenerasi amina .Unit regenerasi amina memilki gas CO2 dan H2S dimana gas ini merupakan gas yang bersifat korosif sehinggga berpotensi menimbulkan risiko kegagalan pada peralatan. Berdasarkan penentuan tingkat risiko tahun 2023 , tingkat risiko medium-high dan sudah melewati target risiko pada semua komponen solvent regenerator column, komponen shellside, komponen tube bundle pada Solvent regenerator reboiler , komponen header box pada overhead regenerator condenser, dan semua komponen reflux drum accumulator. Sedangkan tingkat risiko medium terjadi pada komponen tube bundle pada overhead regenerator condenser dan tubeside pada solvent regenerator reboiler. Pada tahun 2033, tingkat risiko naik di atas satu tingkat apabila tidak dilakukan inspeksi dimana tingkat risiko menjadi high pada komponen tube bundle pada solvent regenerator reboiler dan semua komponen reflux drum accumulator, sedangkan pada komponen tube bundle pada overhead regenerator condenser dan tubeside pada solvent regenerator reboiler naik menjadi tingkat risiko medium-high. Setelah menentukan tingkat risiko, selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan program inspeksi agar dapat menurunkan tingkat risiko kegagalan. Adapun jadwal inspeksi selanjutnya pada semua peralatan dapat dilakukan pada 12/06/24. Interval inspeksi pada solvent regenerator column dan solvent regenerator reboiler dilakukan setiap 8 tahun sekali, sedangkan overhead regenerator condenser dilakukan setiap 5 tahun sekali, dan reflux drum accumulator dilakukan setiap 3 tahun sekali. Adapun metode inspeksi yang dapat dilakukan pada peralatan statis di unit regenerasi amina adalah visual testing, penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, radiography testing, pit gauged, wet fluorescent magnetic testing, alternating current field measurement, dan eddy current testing.

Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) is a method that can assist in designing inspection programs to determine when and how equipment should be inspected based on its risk level. In this study, the risk-based inspection method is applied to static equipment found in the amine regeneration unit. The amine regeneration unit contains CO2 and H2S gases, which are corrosive and have the potential to cause equipment failure. Based on the risk level determination for the year 2023, medium-high risk levels have been identified, surpassing the target risk, for all components of the solvent regenerator column, shellside components, tube bundle components of the solvent regenerator reboiler, header box component of the overhead regenerator condenser, and all components of the reflux drum accumulator. Meanwhile, medium risk levels are present in the tube bundle component of the overhead regenerator condenser and the tubeside of the solvent regenerator reboiler. In 2033, the risk level will increase by one level if no inspection is performed. The risk level becomes high for the tube bundle component of the Solvent Regenerator Reboiler and all components of the reflux drum accumulator. The risk level for the tube bundle component of the overhead regenerator condenser and the tubeside of the solvent regenerator reboiler increases to medium-high. After determining the risk level, the next step is to design an inspection program to reduce the risk of failure. The next inspection schedule for all equipment can be carried out on 12/06/24. The inspection interval for the solvent regenerator column and solvent regenerator reboiler is every 8 years, while the overhead regenerator condenser is inspected every 5 years, and the reflux drum accumulator is inspected every 3 years. Various inspection methods can be employed for static equipment in the amine regeneration unit, including visual testing, penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, radiography testing, pit gauging, wet fluorescent magnetic testing, alternating current field measurement, and eddy current testing.
