Abstract

PT Adhi Persada Beton merupakan perusahaan BUMN dengan bidang bisnis beton precast dan beton ready mix. Penempatan magang industri pada Divisi Peralatan, merupakan divisi yang menjadi lingkup pekerjaan pada bagian perlatan, pemeliharaan, dan pemeliharaan meliputi mesin kegiatan produksi dan alat berat. Pada magang industri ini terdapat tugas khusus, yakni membuat check list form dengan komponen yang lebih lengkap pada Mesin Spinning (MS 003) untuk kegiatan periodical inspection agar memudahkan saat dilakukan maintenance alat. Karena sebelumnya terdapat check list form untuk periodical inspection tetapi komponen pada form tersebut tidak lengkap sehingga ketika kegiatan maintenance berlangsung komponen yang dibutuhkan tidak tersedia. Selain itu tugas khsusus yang kami selesaikan adalah memberikan rekomendasi perhitungan beban ekivalen pada bearing, daya yang hilang pada bearing akibat gesekan dan perhitungan umur bearing. Perawatan dan persediaan komponen pada mesin sangat penting bagi suatu alat agar efektifitas dan efisiensi alat meningkat Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada Mesin Spinning (MS 003) bearing dengan putaran 1450 rpm diperoleh hasil beban ekivalen sebesar 31355,39 lbf. Daya yang hilang pada bearing tersebut akibat gesekan sebesar 0,249 HP. Dan masa pakai umur bearing diperkirakan sebesar 1864,90 jam atau setara dengan 7 bulan dengan asumsi 10 jam kerja.

PT Adhi Persada Beton is a state-owned company engaged in the business of precast concrete and ready mix concrete. Placement of industrial apprenticeship in the Equipment Division, is a division that is the scope of work in the equipment, maintenance and maintenance sections covering the activities of production machinery and heavy equipment. In this industrial internship there is a special task, namely to make a checklist form with more complete components on a Spinning Machine (MS 003) for periodic inspection activities to make it easier to carry out equipment maintenance. Because previously there was a checklist form for periodic inspections but the components on the form were not complete so that when maintenance activities took place the required components were not available. Apart from that, the special task that we have completed is to provide recommendations for calculating the equivalent load on the bearing, the power lost on the bearing due to scuffing and calculating the life of the bearing. Maintenance and inventory of components on the machine is very important for a tool so that the effectiveness and efficiency of the tool increases. Based on the calculation results on the Spinning Machine (MS 003) bearing with a rotation of 1450 rpm, an equivalent load result of 31355.39 lbf is obtained. The power lost in the bearing due to friction is 0.249 HP. And the service life is estimated at 1864.90 hours or the equivalent of 7 months assuming 10 hours of work.
