Abstract

Pelabuhan Benoa merupakan salah satu pelabuhan yang terdapat di Kota Denpasar, Provinsi Bali. Pelabuhan Benoa adalah pintu masuk ke Kota Denpasar melalui jalur laut. Dalam rangka pengembangan Pelabuhan Benoa sebagai Bali Maritime Tourism Hub (BMTH), PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) selaku pengelola Pelabuhan Benoa berupaya meningkatkan segala fasilitas pelabuhan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan maritim yang ada. Upaya peningkatan fasilitas Pelabuhan salah satunya dengan melaksanakan pengerukan dasar laut untuk kolam Pelabuhan. Dalam merancang pelabuhan perlu memerhatikan berbagai faktor dan mengetahui metode pengerukan yang paling efektif dengan mempertimbangkan waktu dan biaya. Pada tugas akhir ini menganalisis pengerukan dengan 3 metode yang berbeda dengan memvariasikan unit kapal keruk clamshell dan trailling suction hopper dregder (TSHD) dengan bantuan hopper barge dan self-propeller hopper barge. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan total volume keruk pada Pelabuhan Benoa sebesar 2.753.229 m³. Metode keruk yang paling efektif adalah metode ketiga yaitu dengan kombinasi 1 unit clamshell, 4 unit self-propeller hopper barge, dan juga dengan 1 unit TSHD secara bersamaan selama 271 hari dengan rincian clamshell selama 271 hari dan TSHD selama 103 hari. Sehingga menimbulkan biaya sebesar Rp179.441.369.500,00 atau Rp66.000,00/m³.

Benoa Port is one of the ports in Denpasar City, Bali Province. Benoa Port is the entrance to Denpasar City by sea. In order to develop Benoa Port as the Bali Maritime Tourism Hub (BMTH), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) as the manager of Benoa Port seeks to improve all port facilities to meet existing maritime needs. One of the efforts to improve port facilities is by dredging the seabed for the port pond. In designing a port, it is necessary to pay attention to various factors and know the most effective dredging method by considering time and cost. This final project analyzes dredging with 3 different methods by varying the clamshell dredger unit and trailling suction hopper dregder (TSHD) with the help of hopper barge and self-propeller hopper barge. From the analysis, it was found that the total dredge volume in Benoa Port was 2,753,229 m³. The most effective dredging method is the third method, namely with a combination of 1 unit of clamshell, 4 units of self-propeller hopper barge, and also with 1 unit of TSHD simultaneously for 271 days with details of clamshell for 271 days and TSHD for 103 days. This resulted in a cost of Rp179,441,369,500.00 or Rp66,000.00/m³.
