Abstract
Energi listrik telah menjadi salah satu energi yang fundamental untuk menunjang kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Salah satu moda transportasi yang menggunakan energi listrik adalah kereta listrik (KRL). Pada kondisi sesungguhnya, KRL mengandalkan banyak sumber energi listrik untuk dapat beroperasi seperti jala-jala, pembangkit thermal, dan sumber energi terbarukan. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan permasalahan mengenai bagaimana pembagian suplai energi listrik untuk mengoperasikan KRL berdasarkan biaya operasi termurah. Salah satu Upaya mengurangi biaya operasi adalah dengan menggunakan sistem penyimpanan energi berskala grid pada sistem kelistrikan KRL. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan ini digunakan metode perhitungan dynamic economic dispatch dalam membagi nilai pembangkitan pada unit pembangkit yang terhubung kedalam sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak integrasi sistem penyimpanan energi, pembangkit listrik tenaga dan angin terhadap beban suatu KRL berbasis quadratic programming. Fungsi objektif dari optimasi adalah meminimalkan total biaya operasi sistem KRL pada rentan waktu sepanjang hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integrasi sistem penyimpanan energi, pembangkit listrik tenaga angin, dan surya dapat memberikan penghematan biaya operasi sistem sebesar 34.199% dari total biaya operasi dasar.

Electrical energy has become one of the fundamental energies to support human life. One of the transportations that uses electrical energy is the electric railways. In real conditions, electrical railways rely on many sources of electrical energy to operate such as grids, thermal generators, and renewable energy sources. This condition causes a problem on how to regulate the generation of electrical energy to operate electric railways based on the lowest operating costs. One way to reduce total operating costs is to use a grid-scale energy storage system in the KRL electricity system. In solving this problem, the dynamic economic dispatch calculation method is used in dividing the generation value of generating units connected to the system. This research aims to analyze the impact of integration of energy storage systems, wind and solar energy sources on the load of an electric railways based on quadratic programming. The objective function of optimization is to minimize the total operating costs. The results showed that the integration of energy storage systems, wind power plants, and solar power plants can provide system operating cost savings of 34,199% of the total basic operating costs.
