Abstract
PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) adalah sebuah badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) yang memproduksi pupuk urea dan berbagai produk solusi tanaman pertanian di Palembang, Sumatra Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk implementasi CSR yang telah dilakukan oleh Pusri dan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengaruh program CSR Pusri terhadap reputasi perusahaan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat Kecamatan Kalidoni Palembang. Selain itu, di dalam penelitian ini juga dibahas bagaimana perkembangan konsep creating shared value (CSV) di Pusri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CSR Pusri memberikan dampak positif terhadap reputasi perusahaan berupa pandangan yang baik dari masyarakat kepada perusahaan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat berupa pemenuhan kebutuhan sosial bagi masyarakat. Melalui corporate social responsibility (CSR), Pusri bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan dalam upaya mencapai kondisi ideal bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan maupun dalam upaya untuk melestarikan lingkungan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran khususnya mengenai pengimplementasian CSR sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan serta dapat diberikan kepada Departemen Studi Pembangunan Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember sebagai materi pembelajaran.

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) is a state-owned company (BUMN) that produces urea fertilizer and various agricultural crop solution products in Palembang, South Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of CSR implementation that have been carried out by Pusri and to describe how Pusri's CSR program influences the company's reputation and the welfare of the people of Kalidoni District, Palembang. In addition, this research also discusses the development of the concept of creating shared value (CSV) at Pusri. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach and used interviews, observation, and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Pusri's CSR has a positive impact on the company's reputation in the form of a good view of the community towards the company and community welfare in the form of meeting social needs for the community. Through corporate social responsibility (CSR), Pusri is responsible for the environment in an effort to achieve ideal conditions for society as a whole and in an effort to preserve the environment. This research is expected to contribute ideas, especially regarding the implementation of CSR as a form of corporate social and environmental responsibility and can be given to the Department of Development Studies at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember as a learning material.
