Abstract
Pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia sangat berkembang pesat seiring bertambahnya tahun, karena itu peningkatan terjadi untuk kebutuhan konstruksi bangunan yaitu bahan baku semen. Dalam perancangan pabrik semen ini menggunakan proses kering karena memiliki keunggulan dengan tidak banyak kalor yang dibutuhkan. kapasitas produksi semen Portland Pozzolan Cement (PPC) sebesar 2.300.000 ton per tahun dengan masa operasi produksi selama 300 hari dalam setahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan diantaranya batu kapur, tanah liat, pasir silika, dan pasir besi. Optimasi produksi semen dilakukan dengan cara subtitusi bahan bakar biomassa pada bahan bakar batubara pada proses pembakaran di kiln yang menunjukkan bahwa bahan bakar biomasa sekam padi dibandingkan dengan penggunaan batubara 100% dapat menurunkan dampak pemanasan global dengan hasil subtitusi terbaik yaitu 30% sekam padi dan 70% batubara dengan hasil heating value sebesar 4458,7 kcal/kg dan dapat mengurangi pengeluaran bahan bakar sebesar Rp Rp. 990.899.124,8/hari /hari. Dari analisa ekonomi peroleh NPV (Net Present Value) pada tahun ke sepuluh sebesar Rp 2.793.712.095.841,00, pay out time 3,38 tahun, BEP (Break Event Point) 26,6% dan IRR (Internal Rate of Return) pada tahun ke sepuluh 28,98%.

Infrastructure development in Indonesia has grown rapidly over the years, because of that there has been an increase in the need for building construction, namely the raw material for cement. In designing this cement factory using the dry process because it has the advantage of not a lot of heat needed. Portland Pozzolan Cement (PPC) cement production capacity is 2,300,000 tons per year with a production operation period of 300 days a year. The raw materials used include limestone, clay, silica sand, and iron sand. Optimization of cement production is carried out by substituting biomass fuel for coal fuel in the combustion process in the kiln which shows that rice husk biomass fuel compared to the use of 100% coal can reduce the impact of global warming with the best substitution results of 30% rice husk and 70% coal with a heating value of 4458.7 kcal/kg and can reduce fuel expenditure by Rp. Rp. 990,899,124.8/day/day. From economic analysis, the NPV (Net Present Value) in the tenth year is IDR 2,793,712,095,841.00, pay out time is 3.38 years, BEP (Break Event Point) is 26.6% and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) in the tenth year is 28.98%.
