Abstract

Perancangan membahas 2 proyek perancangan arsitektur, perancangan Raha House dan perancangan kantor Mr.Hartanto. Japandi style pada Raha House menawarkan kombinasi antara estetika Jepang yang tenang dan Skandinavia yang hangat, dipadukan dengan kebutuhan ruang dan aktivitas penghuni rumah 2 lantai.Lalu perancangan Mr.Hartanto Office didesain dengan konsep kantor modern kontemporer dengan style yang elegan dan low-maintenance, desain fasad dan kamar mandi owner yang terbentuk menyesuaikan konsep tersebut dalam rancangan dari segi spesifikasi material, bentuk, struktur, dan estetikanya. Kedua rancangan pada laporan mengacu pada 13 butir standar kompetensi arsitek sebagai acuan dalam mendesain.

The design discusses 2 architectural design projects, Raha House design and Mr.Hartanto office design. The Japandi style in Raha House offers a combination of calm Japanese aesthetics and warm Scandinavia, combined with the space requirements and activities of the occupants of the 2-storey house. Then the design of Mr. Hartanto Office is designed with the concept of a contemporary modern office with an elegant and low-maintenance style, the facade design and the owner's bathroom are formed according to this concept in design in terms of material specifications, shape, structure and aesthetics. Both designs in the report refer to 13 items of architect competency standards as a reference in designing.
