Abstract
Kemajuan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Di sisi lain, haji dan umrah merupakan ibadah tahunan yang spesial bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji dan umrah, tidak dapat dipungkiri terjadi permasalahan diantaranya, Pertama, jamaah melakukan kesalahan saat beribadah Kedua, Jamaah tersesat. Ketiga, jamaah kurang memaksimalkan dalam ibadah. Keempat, kurangnya persiapan untuk pelaksanaan haji. Kelima, buku-buku panduan yang tersedia saat ini hanya berupa teks dan sulit untuk menemukan informasi yang diinginkan. Keenam, kurangnya informasi mengenai fasilitas dan pelayanan yang tersedia di tanah suci. Ketujuh, kurangnya pemahaman jamaah haji dan umrah akan tulisan arab. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dipaparkan, dibangunlah solusi berupa WhatsApp chatbot yang mampu merespon pesan secara otomatis dan dapat diakses selama 24 jam yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dialami jamaah ketika melaksanakan ibadah haji dan umrah. Untuk mewujudkan solusi tersebut, dilakukan proses design thinking. Proses design thinking diawali dengan melakukan empati berupa wawancara validasi dengan bantuan empathy map, pendefinisian masalah, penyusunan solusi, hingga dihasilkan sebuah MVP yang kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan Usability Testing. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah profil pengguna utama, permasalahan pengguna yang dipetakan ke dalam empathy map dan user journey map. Kemudian dirumuskan delapan solusi dengan proporsi nilai dan spesifikasinya. Solusi diwujudkan dalam bentuk WhatsApp chatbot yang memuat informasi lengkap serangkaian ibadah haji dan umrah secara runut mulai dari persiapan hingga kembali ke tanah air. yang dilengkapi dengan menu navigasi, media berupa gambar, audio, dan maps. Pengujian MVP menghasilkan umpan balik berupa adanya peluang pengembangan MVP untuk kedepannya.

Advances in information and communication technology are increasing every year. On the other hand, hajj and umrah are special annual worship for the people of Indonesia. In the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage, problems cannot be avoided including, First, the congregation makes a mistake while worshiping. Second, the congregation is lost. Third, the congregation is not optimal in worship. Fourth, beat the preparations for the pilgrimage. Fifth, the guidebooks currently available are only in the form of text and it is difficult to find the desired information. Sixth, lack of information regarding the facilities and services available in the holy land. Seventh, the lack of understanding of pilgrims and umrah on Arabic writing. Based on the problems that have been described, a solution was developed in the form of a WhatsApp chatbot which is able to respond to messages automatically and can be accessed 24 hours a day which aims to solve the problems experienced by pilgrims when carrying out the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. To realize this solution, a design thinking process is carried out. The design thinking process is preceded by conducting empathy in the form of validation interviews with the help of empathy maps, defining problems, solving solutions, to produce an MVP which is then tested using Usability Testing. The results obtained are the main user profiles, user problems which are mapped into empathy maps and user journey maps. Then formulated eight solutions with the value of the proportion and specifications. The solution is realized in the form of a WhatsApp chatbot which contains complete information on the sequence of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, starting from preparation to returning to their homeland. Which is equipped with a navigation menu, media in the form of images, audio, and maps. MVP testing generates feedback in the form of opportunities for future MVP development.
