Abstract

Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi harus dikelola secara profesional dengan manajemen yang baik dan tepat. Salah satunya melalui pemilihan metode kerja dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Pada konstruksi jembatan, khususnya yang berada di topografi perbukitan, terdapat komponen jembatan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus, yaitu pier head. Kesalahan dalam memilih jenis pier head, akan menyebabkan kendala pelaksanaan yang bisa menyebabkan turunnya kinerja proyek, seperti pembengkakan biaya dan waktu.
Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemilihan metode kerja yang terbaik dalam pelaksanaan pier head cast in situ dalam pembangunan proyek jalan tol yang berada pada topografi perbukitan. Ada 3 alternatif metode pekerjaan pier head yang dibandingkan, antara lain: full shoring system, bracket truss system dan corbel truss system. Pemilihan alternatif metoda terbaik dilakukan menggunakan Metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Variabel pengambilan keputusan, yang meliputi 4 kriteria dan 10 sub kriteria, didapat dari literatur review yang mendalam dan diskusi dengan expert melalui FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Responden penelitian adalah praktisi pelaksana, yang berpengalaman di proyek konstruksi jembatan jalan tol. Untuk implementasi model pada penelitian ini, digunakan studi kasus adalah Proyek Jalan Tol Ciawi-Sukabumi Seksi 2.
Dari hasil analisis AHP didapatkan nilai bobot untuk masing masing metoda sebagai berikut: corbel truss (0,530), full shoring (0,318) dan bracket truss (0,152). Metode corbel truss system dipilih karena memiliki keunggulan dalam kriteria durasi, karakteristik dan performance dibanding alternatif lain. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para designer jembatan tol, khususnya yang berada diarea topografi perbukitan, agar mendapatkan hasil yang optimal.

Implementation of construction projects must be managed professionally with good and proper management. One of them is through the selection of work methods in the implementation process. In bridge construction, especially those in hilly topography, there is a bridge component that needs special attention, namely the pier head. Errors in choosing the type of pier head will cause implementation constraints that can lead to decreased project performance, such as cost and time overruns.
This study aims to analyze the selection of the best work method in implementing pier head cast in situ in the construction of toll road projects located in hilly topography. There are 3 alternative methods of pier head work being compared, including: full shoring system, bracket truss system and corbel truss system. Selection of the best alternative method is carried out using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) Method. Decision-making variables, which include 4 criteria and 10 sub-criteria, were obtained from in-depth literature reviews and discussions with experts through FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The research respondents are implementing practitioners, who are experienced in toll road bridge construction projects. For the implementation model in this study, the case study used is the Ciawi-Sukabumi Toll Road Project Section 2.
From the results of the AHP analysis, the weight values for each method are as follows: corbel truss (0.530), full shoring (0.318) and bracket truss (0.152). The corbel truss system method was chosen bacause it has advantages in duration, characteristics and performance criteria compared to other alternatives. The results of this study can also be utilized by toll bridge designers, especially those located in hilly topographical areas, in order to obtain optimal results.
