Abstract

PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang merupakan salah satu perusahaan minyak dan gas di Indonesia. Dalam melakukan pengolahan minyak dan gas dibutuhkan gas turbine generator sebagai penyuplai listrik dalam lingkungan pengolahan minyak dan gas. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi Total Productive Maintenance untuk diketahui sudah sebaik apa Total Productive Maintenance dilakukan serta diketahui nilai efektivitas gas turbine generator dengan mencari nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan melakukan analisis risiko dengan tujuan mencegah mode kegagalan pada six big losses. Hasil analisis OEE berdasarkan data operasi dan perawatan gas turbine generator selama 1 Januari 2020 hingga 31 Desember 2022 menunjukan nilai 66%. Nilai tersebut berada dibawah standar OEE World Class dengan nilai antara 85% hingga 100%. Hasil analisis six big losses menghasilkan reduce speed losses merupakan faktor kerugian dengan presentase tertinggi sebesar 83%. Hasil analisis risiko dengan metode Failure Mode & Effect Analysis menghasilkan nilai RPN tertinggi sebesar 288 pada 2 failure mode. Kedua failure mode tersebut adalah Stator End Winding Insulation Fault dan Rotor Winding Generator Insulation Fault.

PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang is one of the oil and gas companies in Indonesia. In carrying out oil and gas processing, a gas turbine generator is needed to supply electricity in an oil and gas processing environment. It is necessary to evaluate Total Productive Maintenance to determine how well Total Productive Maintenance has been carried out and to determine the effectiveness of the gas turbine generator by finding the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value and conducting a risk analysis with the aim of preventing failure modes in the six big losses. The results of the OEE analysis based on gas turbine generator operation and maintenance data from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022 show a value of 66%. This value is far below the OEE World Class standard with a value between 85% and 100%. The results of the analysis of six big losses produce reduced speed losses which is the loss factor with the highest percentage of 83%. The results of risk analysis using the Failure Mode & Effect Analysis method yielded the highest RPN value of 288 in 2 failure modes. The two failure modes are Stator End Winding Insulation Fault and Rotor Winding Generator Insulation Fault.
