Abstract

Sebagai salah satu penyelenggara Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum, SPAM Sekaran perlu melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya untuk memenuhi kualitas, kuantitas, kontinuitas dalam pelayanan air minum bagi masyarakat. Namun, dari seluruh wilayah pelayanan SPAM Sekaran, terdapat tiga desa di Kecamatan Sekaran yakni Desa Manyar, Desa Jugo, dan Desa Trosono yang tidak mendapat aliran air, terutama ketika terjadi kenaikan debit pemakaian air saat bulan Ramadhan dan hari raya Idul Fitri berlangsung. Selain permasalahan tersebut, ketiga desa tersebut juga memiliki tekanan air di bawah ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 27/PRT/M/2016. Melihat kontinuitas yang belum optimal, maka diperlukan kajian terhadap jaringan distribusi air minum SPAM Sekaran. Data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dan dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan air minum, demand pattern atau faktor pengali, proyeksi penduduk, proyeksi pelanggan, dan proyeksi kebutuhan air minum untuk 10 tahun ke depan. Selanjutnya dilakukan simulasi hidrolika menggunakan perangkat lunak EPANET 2.2 untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis penyebab permasalahan jaringan untuk hari biasa dan hari raya Idulfitri. Kemudian dilakukan simulasi perbaikan sistem jaringan distribusi eksisting berdasarkan kebutuhan air pada tahun proyeksi.
Hasil simulasi jaringan distribusi eksisting menggunakan EPANET 2.2 dan hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa tekanan di titik terjauh tidak memenuhi ketentuan tekanan minimum Peraturan Menteri PU No. 27/RT/M/2016 baik saat hari biasa maupun saat hari raya Idulfitri. Hasil running yang tidak sukses dapat diartikan bila pemodelan hidrolika ini tidak berhasil dan terdapat kemungkinan adanya permasalahan dalam jaringan distribusi eksisting. Sehingga, diperlukan modifikasi jaringan distribusi dengan penyambungan pipa dan memparalel pipa untuk pengembangan selanjutnya. Rekomendasi perbaikan jaringan distribusi dilakukan dengan memparalel Pipe 20, Pipe 22, Pipe 26, Pipe 28, Pipe 42, Pipe 67, dan Pipe 68 serta pemasangan pipa baru berdiameter 200 mm dengan panjang 1960 m yang menghubungkan Desa Ngarum dan Desa Jugo. Selain itu, diperlukan penambahan kapasitas produksi sebesar 52 Liter/detik dan kapasitas reservoir sebesar 693,05 m3 karena kapasitas reservoir pada tahun pengembangan belum mencukupi. Adapun penggunaan pompa eksisting SPAM Sekaran masih dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air eksisting, tetapi tidak dapat memenuhi dalam menyuplai air pelanggan saat hari raya Idulfitri eksisting dan juga pengembangan pada 10 tahun ke depan. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran demand pattern, diperlukan perubahan jadwal pada pompa, dan penambahan jumlah pompa yang beroperasi untuk dapat memenuhi suplai air saat hari raya Idulfitri maupun ketika adanya pengembangan.

As one of the organizers of the Drinking Water Supply System, SPAM Sekaran must carry out its tasks and functions to fulfil quality, quantity, and continuity in drinking water services to the community. However, three villages in Sekaran Subdistrict, namely Manyar Village, Jugo Village, and Trosono Village, do not receive water especially when there is a rise in water demand during the Ramadan and Idul Fitri holidays. In addition, the three villages have water pressure under the provisions of Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 27/PRT/M/2016. Given the lack of continuity, it is required to investigate the SPAM Sekaran drinking water distribution network. The acquired primary and secondary data is then analyzed, and calculations of drinking water demands, demand patterns, demographic predictions, customer projections, and drinking water demand estimates for the next ten years are performed. Furthermore, hydraulics simulations were performed using EPANET 2.2 software to evaluate and investigate the reasons for network difficulties on regular days and during the Idulfitri holidays. The simulation of fixing the current distribution network system is then performed based on water consumption in the forecast year. The modeling findings of the current distribution network using EPANET 2.2, as well as the measurement data, demonstrate that the pressure at the furthest point does not exceed the minimum pressure criteria of Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 27/RT/M/2016 during regular days and on Eid al-Fitr. Running outcomes that are unsuccessful can be interpreted if the hydraulics modeling is failed and there is a possibility of issues in the current network. Recommendations for repairing the distribution network are carried out by parallelizing Pipe 26, Pipe 28, Pipe 42, Pipe 67, Pipe 68, and Pipe 86, as well as installing a new pipe with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 1960 m which connects Ngarum Village and Jugo Village. Furthermore, expanded production capacity of 52 Liter/second and reservoir capacity of 693,05 m3 is required to meet water demand during the development year due to its insufficiency. The utilization of the present pumps of the Sekaran SPAM Business Unit are unable to provide water to consumers during the existing Idul Fitri holidays. To meet the water demands during Eid al-Fitr and future development, the pump schedule must be changed and the number of running pumps increased based on the findings of the demand pattern measurement.
