Abstract

Jembatan sebagai jalur akses yang dibuat untuk melewati rintangan direncanakan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek yang meliputi kekuatan, stabilitas struktur, kemudahan pelaksanaan, serta estetika. Jembatan Pegalongan – Mandirancan melintasi Sungai Serayu yang menghubungkan Desa Pengalongan dengan Desa Mandirancan dengan panjang 140 m dan lebar 7 m, dengan tipe rangka baja dan struktur bawah berupa dua abutment dan satu pilar. Penggunaan rangka baja kurang efisien karena membutuhkan pilar pada tengah jembatan yang mengurangi effective linear waterway sungai. Rangka baja juga dinilai kurang memiliki nilai estetika. Maka, dilakukan modifikasi jembatan menjadi tipe Diagonal Arch Bridge (DAB). DAB adalah jembatan busur dimana busur diputar terhadap lantai kendaraannya. Perencanaan modifikasi ini dimulai dari studi literatur dan pengumpulan data, preliminary design, pembebanan, pemodelan dan analisa struktur, kontrol statis dan dinamis, perencanaan sambungan dan cek kabel putus, perencanaan perletakan, analisa staging, hingga pembuatan gambar rencana. Peraturan yang digunakan dalam melakukan perencanaan modifikasi antara lain SNI 1725-2016, SNI 2833-2016, SNI 1929-2020, dan SNI 2847-2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, digunakan lantai kendaraan Steel Orthotropic Trapezoidal Box Girder dengan lebar 18 m dan tinggi 2,5 m dengan bentang 140 m. Struktur busur diputar 20o dengan tinggi 50 m dan bentang 150 m dengan profil Box baja 4000.2000.50.50. Kabel penggantung menggunakan Macalloy 520 M100. Struktur busur menggunakan perletakan jepit serta lantai kendaraan menggunakan Pot Bearing Freyssinet GG 6,000-1,800.400 dan GL 4,000.400.40. Struktur jembatan memenuhi kontrol kekuatan statik, dinamik, serta aerodinamik.

A bridge is an accessway which is made for carrying loads to pass through an obstacle must be planned with consideration of strength, structural stability, ease of implementation, and aesthetics. Pegalongan – Mandirancan bridge which connects Pegalongan District, Patikraja Regency, with Mandirancan District, Kebasen Regency has total length of 140 m and width of 7 m, using truss as superstructure with 2 abutment and a pillar as substructure. Truss structure for a long span is inefficient because of the need for an additional pillar in the middle of the bridge, which is going to reduce the effective linear waterway of the river. Truss type structure is considered to have no aesthetic value. Therefore, modification was made using Diagonal Arch Bridge (DAB). DAB is an arch bridge which arch is rotated against its deck. This modification starts with literature study and collecting data, then continued with preliminary design, load calculations, modelling and structural analysis, static and dynamic controls, connection design, cable design, bearing design, staging analysis, and detailed engineering drawing. The regulations used for this modification is SNI 1725-2016, SNI 2833-2016, SNI 1929-2020, and SNI 2847-2019. As the result of the analysis, a deck in form of Steel Orthotropic Trapezoidal Box Girder is used, with a width of 18 m and height of 2,5 m with a span of 140 m. The arch structure is rotated 20o with a total height of 50 m and span of 150 m using a steel box profile of 4000.2000.50.50. Bridge hanger is from Macalloy 520 M100. The arch structure is fixed at its base and the deck used Pot Bearing from Freyssinet GG6000-1800.400 and GL4000.400.40. Bridge structure has met the requirements of static, dynamic, and aerodynamic behavior.
