Abstract

Produktivitas adalah perbandingan antara volume keluar (output) dari suatu pekerjaan terhadap besaran masuk (input) dari sumber daya yang digunakan. Diperlukan suatu pengendalian untuk mengukur tingkat keefektifan tenaga kerja dalam proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur produktivitas sumberdaya pekerja konstruksi pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Tuban dengan metode Work Sampling. Work Sampling yakni pengambilan data dengan waktu acak untuk menentukan proporsi kegiatan. Penelitian dilakukan selama 7 minggu dengan meneliti pekerjaan geotextile, pekerjaan pasangan batu, pekerjaan drainase , pekerjaan perkerasan bahu dan badan untuk mengukur tingkat keefektifan pekerja (Labor Utilization Rate) dan nilai produktivitas harian pekerja. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian yakni data penelitian yang selanjutnya diolah melalui beberapa tahap perhitungan seperti uji keseragaman data, uji kecukupan data, perhitungan efektivitas tenaga kerja yakni Labor Utilization Rate (LUR), dan nilai produktivitas berdasarkan hasil output tenaga kerja dalam pencapaian volume akhir pengamatan.
Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut didapatkan nilai efektivitas LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) dan rata-rata produktivitas harian pekerja pada masing pekerjaan yakni ; pekerjaan geotextile selama 9 hari dengan nilai LUR sebesar 59.84 % (Efektif) dan rata-rata output volume harian urugan pilihan 202.5 m3, loading galian 904.5 m3, penggelaran geotextile 512.5 m2, gelar material urugan pilihan layer 1 202.5 m3 ; pekerjaan drainase selama 25 hari dengan nilai LUR sebesar 63.38% (Sangat Efektif) dan rata-rata produktivitas harian pemasangan U-Ditch sebanyak 29.3 buah, galian u-ditch 25.3 m3, loading galian U-Ditch 25 m3; pekerjaan pasangan batu selama 12 hari dengan nilai LUR sebesar 62.02% (Sangat Efektif) dan rata-rata produktivitas harian galian pasangan batu DPT 76 m3 dan pasangan batu DPT 23.3 m3; pekerjaan perkerasan bahu dan badan jalan selama 19 hari dengan nilai LUR sebesar 63.15% (Sangat Efektif) dan rata-rata produktivitas harian gelar material agregat kelas A 106 m3, loading galian bahu jalan 51.9 m3, dan galian bahu jalan 17.8 m3

Productivity is the ratio between the volume out (output) of a job to the amount of input (input) from the resources used. A control is needed to measure the level of effectiveness of the workforce in the project. This study aims to measure the resource productivity of construction workers in the Tuban Ring Road Development Project using the Work Sampling method. Work Sampling, namely data collection at random times to determine the proportion of activities. The research was conducted for 7 weeks by examining geotextile work, masonry work, drainage work, shoulder and body pavement work to measure the level of worker effectiveness (Labor Utilization Rate) and the daily productivity value of workers. The results obtained after conducting the research are research data which are then processed through several stages of calculation such as data uniformity tests, data adequacy tests, calculation of labor effectiveness namely Labor Utilization Rate (LUR), and productivity values based on the results of labor output in achieving the final volume of observation.
From the results of these calculations, the value of the effectiveness of LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) and the average daily productivity of workers in each job, namely; geotextile work for 9 days with a LUR value of 59.84% (Effective) and an average daily output volume of selected embankment 202.5 m3, excavation loading 904.5 m3, geotextile deployment 512.5 m2, selected layer 1 fill material 202.5 m3; drainage work for 25 days with a LUR value of 63.38% (Very Effective) and an average daily productivity of 29.3 pcs U-Ditch installations, 25.3 m3 u-ditch excavation, 25 m3 loading of U-Ditch excavation; masonry work for 12 days with a LUR value of 62.02% (Very Effective) and the average daily productivity of DPT masonry excavation is 76 m3 and DPT masonry 23.3 m3; road shoulder and road pavement work for 19 days with a LUR value of 63.15% (Very Effective) and an average daily productivity of grade A aggregate material of 106 m3, loading of road shoulder excavation 51.9 m3, and road shoulder excavation 17.8 m3
