Abstract

Desain rumah tinggal ini berangkat dari sebuah isu desain utama, yaitu terbatasnya hunian affordable yang dimiliki oleh generasi masa kini karena harga property yang semakin meroket tinggi. Untuk menjawab isu tersebut, maka keluarlah konsep hunian co-living. Untuk mewadahi gaya hidup co-living yang diinginkan oleh klien dan mendukung kualitas hidup bersama, klien memutuskan untuk membawa konsep hidup bertetangga di perkampungan ke dalam hunian yang berada di daerah perumahan menengah keatas di tengah kota.
Konsep Perkampungan dipilih karena memiliki banyak persinggungan dengan konsep hunian co-living. Berangkat dari pemahaman ini, beberapa elemen/bentuk arsitektur dari kehidupan perkampungan mulai dari elemen visual dan spasial akan disuntikkan menjadi elemen dasar dalam mengkonstruksi objek rancang ini.
Laporan perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi keberadaan hunian bersama atau co-living sebagai salah satu alternatif tipe hunian . Laporan perancangan ini menggunakan tipe hunian rumah tinggal sebagai objek rancang uji coba dengan lima user yang tinggal bersama dan masing – masing user mempunyai latar belakang dan preferensi atau gaya hidup yang berbeda. Melalui metode pengumpulan data, analisa preseden, dan memperhatikan 13 Butir Penguasaan Kompetensi Arsitek, dihasilkan sebuah desain rumah tinggal berkarakter yang dapat menaungi segala kebutuhan klien yang beragam dengan kebersamaan/communality sebagai jantung hunian, dan diharapkan memiliki manfaat juga relasi yang kuat antara objek rancang dengan lingkungan sekitarnya.

This residential house design originates from one main issues: Limited availibility of affordable housing for the current generation due to the influx of housing prices. To address this concern, the concept of "co-living" is introduced. To accomodate the concept and embracing quality communal living experience, the idea of "perkampungan housing" is integrated into this project, whose site is juxtaposed with current situation of kampong house, which considered to be the slum area of city. The concept of "Perkampungan neighbourhood" was chosen because its similiarity with the concept of "co-living". Drawing inspiration from this understanding, various architectural elements and spatial features from traditional perkampungan neighbourhood are infused as the fundamental components in constructing this design project. The purpose of this report is to explore the potential of co-living concept as an alternative housing option. This design focuses on a two-story residential house as the test subject,accomodating five users with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles preferences, residing together Through collection of data, regulations, literature references, precedent anlysis, and incorpotating 13 key competencies of Professional Architects, a distinctive residential house design is created to meet the diverse needs of occupants, with a strong emphasis on communality as the heart of the dwelling. The ultimate goal is to establish a residence that fosters a beneficial relationship between inner spaces and surrounding environment
