Abstract

Guna memenuhi kebutuhan listrik yang efisien dalam memproduksi kereta api, PT INKA (Persero) harus menyediakan peralatan-peralatan tenaga listrik dengan kondisi yang terbaik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung prediksi umur transformator akibat pengaruh pembebanan dan suhu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan standart IEEE umumnya umur dasar transformator distribusi yaitu 20,55 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan selama 9 hari pengukuran bahwa rata-rata pembebanan transformator sebesar 75%, didapatkan susut usia transformator berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sebesar 11,1% dan perkiraan sisa usianya selama 13,9 tahun sedangkan berdasarkan hasil simulasi menggunakan fuzzy diperoleh bahwa susut usia transformator sebesar 12,14% dan perkiraan sisa usianya selama 12,7 tahun. Rata-rata temperatur hot spot dari transformator yang dioperasikan PT INKA (Persero) sebesar 79°C sehingga transformator dikategorikan baik atau normal sebab masih dibawah batas maksimum yang telah ditetapkan oleh publikasi IEEE tahun 1995 yaitu suhu sebesar 98°C.

In order to meet the need for efficient electricity in producing trains, PT INKA (Persero) must provide electric power equipment with the best conditions. The purpose of the study is to calculate the prediction of the life of the transformer due to the effects of loading and temperature. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the IEEE standart, the basic age of a distribution transformer is 20.55 years. Data analysis used is quantitative analysis using a predetermined formula. the results of the analysis obtained for 9 days of measurement show that the average loading of the transformer is 75%, the age loss of the transformer based on the calculation results is 11.1% and the estimated age is 13.9 years, while based on the simulation results using fuzzy it is obtained that the age loss of the transformer is 12.14% and an estimated age of 12.7 years. The average hot spot temperature of transformers operated by PT INKA (Persero) is 79°C so that the transformer is categorized as good or normal because it is still below the maximum limit set by the 195 IEEE publication namely a temperature of 98°C.
