Abstract

Saat ini kita sedang berada di era revolusi industri yang mana salah satu faktor pemicu terjadinya era revolusi industri ini yaitu dengan ditemukannya motor listrik. Sensored BLDC Motor merupakan jenis motor DC khusus dikarenakan motor ini sudah menggunakan sistem komutasi yang diatur secara elektronik dengan menggunakan bantuan Hall sensor. Penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem pengendali Sensored BLDC Motor menggunakan closed loop current control yang bertujuan untuk membatasi arus yang dihasilkan oleh pengendali motor. Sitem kendali Sensored BLDC Motor ini dapat dikendalikan secara jarak jauh karena sistem dirancang dengan komunikasi wireless berbasis Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Pengujian pengendali Sensored BLDC Motor dilakukan pada Dyno test dengan membandingkan hasil data yang didapat dengan data pengujian Nanjing controller pada Dyno test. Hasil penelitian kinerja pengendali Sensored BLDC Motor menggunakan metode closed loop current control pada dyno test memiliki hasil grafik arus yang lebih fluktuatif dibandingkan dengan hasil grafik arus dari Nanjing controller yang merupakan kontroler Motor BLDC bawaan dari skuter listrik FITS. Hasil pengujian sistem komunikasi berbasis Bluetooth Low Energy dapat bekerja secara realtime dengan rata-rata delay time 122 ms.

We are currently in the era of the industrial revolution, where one of the triggering factors for the industrial revolution era was the invention of the electric motor. Sensored BLDC Motor is a special type of DC motor because this motor already uses a commutation system that is regulated electronically using the help of Hall sensors. This research was carried out to design a sensored BLDC motor control system using closed loop current control which aims to limit the current generated by the motor controller. Sensored BLDC Motor control system can be controlled remotely because the system is designed with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) based wireless communication. Testing of the Sensored BLDC Motor controller was carried out on the Dyno test by comparing the results of the data obtained with the testing data of the Nanjing controller on the Dyno test. The results of the research on the performance of the Sensored BLDC Motor controller using the closed loop current control method on the Dyno test have more fluctuating current graph results compared to the current graph results from the Nanjing controller which is the default BLDC Motor controller from FITS electric scooters. The results of testing a Bluetooth Low Energy-based communication system can work in real time with an average delay time of 122 ms.
