Abstract

RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun memiliki IPAL berteknologi Hospital Wastewater Treatment Plant (HWWTP) yang dibangun pada tahun 2004. IPAL ini memiliki daya tampung sebesar 200 m3/hari. Rata-rata volume air limbah yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan di RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun sebesar 100 – 147 m3/hari. Sumber dari air limbah di RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun berasal dari instalasi rawat inap, instalasi rawat jalan, farmasi, laboratorium, limbah radiologi, ruang administrasi, kamar mandi, dapur dan laundry. Pengolahan limbah cair terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pre-treatment dan primary treatment. Pre-treatment terdiri dari bak penangkap lemak (grease trap), tangki septik dan bak kontrol. Setelah itu masuk primary treatment yang terdiri dari unit sumur pengumpul, unit saringan sampah, bak ekualisasi, FBBR, bak pengendapan II, bak air terolah (treated water bassin), upflow filter, desinfeksi kemudian menuju ke badan air. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi aspek teknis dan non teknis dari IPAL. Data teknis terkait evaluasi IPAL meliputi : analisis kualitas air limbah di influen dan efluen dengan parameter BOD, COD, TSS, Suhu, pH, NH3, PO4, Total Coliform dan DO, perhitungan debit air limbah dan perhitungan unit bangunan IPAL. Untuk data non teknis IPAL meliputi : sistem manajemen dan sumber daya manusia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun untuk kualitas air limbah pada efluen memenuhi baku mutu kecuali pada parameter PO4. Nilai parameter PO4 pada efluen sebesar 7,86 mg/L sedangkan baku mutu yaitu Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Timur no 72 tahun 2013 nilai maksimum sebesar 2 mg/L. Debit air limbah untuk saat ini masih memenuhi kapasitas IPAL tetapi untuk proyeksi kedepannya debit air limbah sudah melebihi kapasitas dari IPAL. Desain bangunan IPAL RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun beberapa unit belum memenuhi kriteria desain seperti unit grease trap, bak kontrol, bak ekualisasi dan FBBR. Untuk pengelolaan manajemen dan sumber daya manusia sudah cukup baik. Rekomendasi yang bisa diberikan adalah melakukan redesain pada beberapa bangunan unit IPAL, menggunakan detergen yang ramah lingkungan dan pembersihan serta pemantauan dengan lebih teratur pada bangunan IPAL.

RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun a WWTP with Hospital Wastewater Treatment Plant (HWWTP) technology which was built in 2004. This WWTP has a capacity of 200 m3/day. The average volume of wastewater generated from activities at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun is 100 - 147 m3/day. The source of wastewater at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun comes from inpatient installations, outpatient installations, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, radiology waste, administration rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and laundry. Effluent treatment is divided into two, namely pre-treatment and primary treatment. Pre-treatment consists of grease traps, septic tanks and control tanks. After that, enter the primary treatment which consists of a collection well unit, bar screen, equalization basin, FBBR, clarifier, treated water bassin, upflow filter, disinfection and then discharged into the water body. The research was conducted by evaluating the technical and non-technical aspects of the WWTP. Technical data related to WWTP evaluation includes: analysis of wastewater quality in influent and effluent with parameters of BOD, COD, TSS, Temperature, pH, NH3, PO4, Total Coliform and DO, calculation of wastewater discharge and calculation of WWTP building units. Non-technical data for WWTP includes: management system and human resources.
The results of this study are RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun for wastewater quality in the effluent meets the quality standards except for the PO4 parameter. The value of the PO4 parameter in the effluent is 7.86 mg/L while the quality standard, namely Peraturan Gubernur Jawa timur nomor 72 tahun 2013, has a maximum value of 2 mg/L. Wastewater discharge for now still meets the capacity of the WWTP but for future projections the wastewater discharge has exceeded the capacity of the WWTP. The design of the WWTP building at RSUD Dr. Soedono Madiun several units have not met the design criteria such as grease trap units, control tanks, equalization tanks and FBBR. For management and human resource management is good enough. Recommendations include redesigning some of the WWTP unit buildings, using environmentally friendly detergents and cleaning and monitoring the WWTP buildings more regularly.
