Abstract

Salah satu aspek manajemen yang memengaruhi produktivitas konstruksi adalah tata letak fasilitas proyek. Apabila hal tersebut dioptimalkan maka dapat meningkatkan produktivitas konstruksi dan mengurangi kemungkinan kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimasi site layout pada Proyek Mandiri IT Tower. Data primer didapat melalui wawancara dengan site engineer dan tim HSE proyek dengan metode expert judgement. Perencanaan optimasi tata letak fasilitas suatu proyek akan mempertimbangkan jarak tempuh (traveling distance) dan penilaian risiko antar fasilitas. Pengukuran jarak dilakukan di lapangan dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi site layout eksisting, sedangkan penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada tim Health Safety and Environment (HSE) yang terdapat pada proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyek ini memiliki 24 fasilitas sementara, termasuk masjid, ruang HSE/klinik, pintu masuk, pintu keluar, ruang panel, kolam slump rendam, toilet, storage training, site office, storage BBM, gudang HSE, gudang logistik, gudang peralatan, fabrikasi sementara lantai 5, fabrikasi sementara lantai 6, fabrikasi sementara lantai 7, fabrikasi peralatan, hoist lift pekerja, storage gas, stockyard besi, stockyard hebel, stockyard fasad, dan dua buah tower crane. Untuk mencapai site layout yang optimal, dilakukan pengendalian awal dan pemindahan fasilitas sementara yang ada. Pengendalian awal yang dilakukan dapat mengurangi faktor risiko sebesar 90%. Pemindahan fasilitas sementara dilakukan sejumah dua kali iterasi dan didapatkan penurunan nilai risiko interaksi eksisting sebesar 11%, dari 20756.72 menjadi 18555.32, serta jarak tempuh dapat dikurangi sebesar 14% dari 28448.36 menjadi 24452.12.

One aspect of construction management that affects productivity is the project's facility layout. When optimized, it can enhance construction productivity and reduce the likelihood of work accidents. This study aims to optimize the site layout of the IT Tower Independent Project. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the site engineer and the project's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team using the expert judgment method. The optimization planning for a project's facility layout considers the traveling distance and risk assessment between facilities. Distance measurements are taken in the field and adjusted to the existing site layout conditions, while risk assessments are carried out by distributing questionnaires to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team members involved in the project. The research findings indicate that the project consists of 24 temporary facilities, including a mosque, HSE/clinic room, entrance and exit gates, panel room, slump test tank, toilets, training storage, site office, fuel storage, HSE warehouse, logistics warehouse, equipment warehouse, temporary fabrication on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors, equipment fabrication, worker hoist lift, gas storage, iron stockyard, hebel stockyard, façade stockyard, and two tower cranes. To achieve an optimal site layout, initial control measures and relocation of existing temporary facilities are implemented. The initial controls can reduce risk factors by 90%. The relocation of temporary facilities is carried out through two iterations, resulting in an 11% reduction in the existing interaction risk value, from 20756.72 to 18555.32, and a 14% reduction in traveling distance, from 28448.36 to 24452.12.
