Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tiga pernyataan masalah utama: penerapan gamification dalam kegiatan manajemen proyek, struktur gamification untuk pelacakan aktivitas karyawan, dan keterlibatan pengguna dan peningkatan pengalaman melalui gamification. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aplikasi dan mengeksplorasi konsep gamification sebagai support system pencatatan aktivitas karyawan yang selaras dengan indikator kinerja perusahaan.
Studi ini berhasil memanfaatkan data perusahaan yang ada dalam sistem yang dikembangkan, mengintegrasikannya ke dalam platform aplikasi harian yang digunakan oleh perusahaan. Implementasi konsep gamifikasi yang dikembangkan untuk pelacakan aktivitas karyawan memperkenalkan elemen interaktif berdasarkan Kerangka MDA. Implementasi sistem memungkinkan pemantauan dan persaingan di antara karyawan, mempromosikan partisipasi aktif mereka dalam kegiatan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil diimplementasikan, diuji pemahamannya, dan menjalani pengujian penerimaan pengguna oleh pemangku kepentingan, khususnya karyawan DPTSI Bigdata. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas pendekatan gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan manajemen aktivitas dan mempromosikan keterlibatan karyawan dalam organisasi.

The research addresses three main problem statements: the application of gamification in project management activities, the structure of gamification for employee activity tracking, and the user engagement and experience enhancement through gamification. The study aims to evaluate the application and explore the concept of gamification as a support system for employee activity logging aligned with the company's performance indicators.
The study successfully utilized existing company data within the developed system, integrating it into the daily application platform used by the company. The implementation of the developed gamification concept for employee activity tracking introduced interactive elements based on the MDA Framework. The system implementation allowed for monitoring and competition among employees, promoting their active participation in work activities. Overall, the developed system was successfully implemented, tested for comprehension, and underwent user acceptance testing by stakeholders, specifically the employees of DPTSI Bigdata. The study's findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the gamification approach in enhancing activity management and promoting employee engagement within the organization.
