Abstract

Sistem identifikasi IUU Transshipment sangat berguna dalam membantu proses pengawasan kegiatan transshipment di perairan Indonesia. Pengembangan sistem identifikasi IUU Transshipment pun terus dilakukan seiring waktu berjalan. Salah satu pengembangan yang belum dilakukan adalah pengembangan identifikasi dengan pengaruh faktor cuaca yaitu kecepatan angin dan jarak pandang. Kecepatan angin yang terlalu tinggi akan mempengaruhi keselamatan kedua buah kapal dan para awak kapal dalam kegiatan transshipment. Jarak pandang yang tidak jelas dapat mempengaruhi keamanan dan keselamatan kapal. Telah dirancang sistem identifikasi IUU Transshipment menggunakan sistem logika fuzzy tipe 2 dan berhasil menghasilkan keputusan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ditentukan dengan confident level sebesar 83,99%.

The IUU Transshipment identification system is very useful in assisting the process of monitoring transshipment activities in Indonesian waters. The development of the IUU Transshipment identification system continues to be carried out over time. One development that has not been carried out is the development of identification with the influence of weather factors, namely wind speed and visibility. Wind speeds that are too high will affect the safety of both ships and crew during transshipment activities. Unclear visibility can affect the safety and security of the ship. An IUU Transshipment identification system has been designed using a type 2 fuzzy logic system and has succeeded in producing decisions according to the specified conditions with a confidence level of 83.99%.
