Abstract

In appropiate in current era of global competition and the challenge of international and national development acceleration, the future will be a lot of work large-scale projects - construction projects are growing rapidly in Surabaya. The large projects require substantial costs and resources and involve many parties are involved. The success and sustainability of projects undertaken by contractors in the construction industry can not be separated from a partnership relationship mutually beneficial (win - win) between the parties involved in the project supply chain, one of which is a subcontractor.
This research of modeling the contractors with subcontractors in cooperation for procurement pile with Fuzzy Game theory. Game theory methods are used as the basis for cooperative cooperation strategy between the contractor and subcontractors, while fuzzy logic is used for calculating the value of a payoff. There are two strategies used in Game Theory, namely: strategy price (discount) and product availability (stock). Puncak Darmahusada project used as a case study.
The results showed that the proposed model can be used as a balanced model of cooperation (win-win) between the contractor and subcontractor where the players get the most benefit from the optimal strategy. In the simulation of both parties would benefit most optimal payoff for Rp164.926.010,- ; Rp62.839.808,- with a strategy price (discount) is 1,51% and the product availability (stock) is 30%
