Abstract

Kendaraan Produksi Multiguna Pedesaan merupakan kendaraan pedesaan untuk kebutuhan produksi dan transportasi, menggunakan system kendaraan hybrid seri yang dikembangkan dengan menambahkan motor listrik, dan generator pada kendaraan. Sumber penggerak untuk mode berkendara pada kendaraan menggunakan motor listrik yang kemudian daya dari motor listrik akan disalurkan oleh transmisi ke bagian roda. Transmisi berfungsi untuk mengkonversi torsi dan putaran dari mesin menjadi gaya dorong dan (kecepatan yang berbeda-beda untuk masing-masing rasio). Pada tugas akhir kali ini akan dilakukan perhitungan pada kebutuhan gaya dorong, rasio transmisi dan kinerja traksi kendaraan, dengan melakukan perhitungan gaya hambat kendaraan terlebih dahulu. Gaya hambat dari kendaraan menggunakan variable aerodinamis, rolling resistance dan tanjakan untuk komponen perhitungannnya. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan rasio dan tingkat transmisi kendaraan berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan traksi yang sudah dilakukan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini adalah kebutuhan daya motor listrik untuk mnggerakkan kendaraan berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan gaya dorong kendaraan untuk melawan gaya hambat. Tingkat gigi transmisi sebanyak 2 "=============================================================================================" “Rural Production Multipurpose Vehicle” is a rural vehicle designed for production and transportation need, “hybrid series” system is developed by adding electric motor and generator into the vehicle. Power source for driving on this vehicle coming from electric motor that its power output will be distributed by transmission to each wheel. Transmission act as a torque and revolution converter from engine, changed into thrust force and different velocity for each gear ratio. At this thesis will be carried out calculations on required traction, transmission ratio, and tractive effort by calculating drag of the vehicle first. Drag force calculation taking aerodynamic variable, rolling resistance, and slope of the road into account. Next, calculation of the required ratio and transmission stage of the vehicle are done based on the tractive effort calculated beforehand. Results obtained from this thesis are the required power for the electric motor in order to drive the vehicle based on the calculation of the required thrust against the drag force. 2 stage gear ratio where the 1st gear ratio is 3 and 2nd gear ratio is 1,1, and traction performance is obtained based on gear ratio thrust with taking vehicle velocity into account.
