Abstract

Dalam dunia industri terutama dalam industri manufaktur banyak perkembangan teknologi yang mendukung proses pengerjaan yang lebih baik. Untuk mencapai produktifitas yang tinggi dan kekaurasian hasil yang tinggi, maka dibutuhkan mesin yang handal. Di Negara yang sudah beranjak maju, perkembangan teknologi sudah berkembang pesat, salah satu teknologinya adalah mesin CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine di China, teknologi tersebut sudah berkembang. Dan Indonesia kini sedang mengembangkan teknologi ini. Oleh karena itu tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknologi mesin CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine. Pada tugas akhir ini, akan membahasa tentang Laser carrier atau crane laser box dimana tujuannya adalah untuk mencari nilai deformasi maksimal kearah horizontal, kekuatan dari crane laser box ketika menerima beban statis, pengereman, dan beban percepatan. Serta mengevaluasi kemampuan laser carrier dalam menerima pembebanan statis , pengereman dan pembebanan percepatan menggunakan ANSYS static structural. Tujuan tersebut diambil dikarenakan belum adanya referensi yang menyatakan keakurasian atau nilai defleksi dari laser carrier ketika bekerja. Dalam tugas akhir ini didahului dengan Studi literatur pada berbagai sumber dan pengumpulan data teknis Fiber laser cutting. Selanjutnya adalah proses desain dari struktur laser carrier dengan menggunkan software Autodesk Inventor 3D. "=============================================================================================" In the world of industry, especially in the manufacturing industry many development of technology that support the process more better. To achieve high productivity and accuracy, need a reliable engine. In a country that has moved forward, the development of technology has developed rapidly, one of the technology is a CNC machine Fiber Laser Cutting Machine in China, the technology has been developed. Currently, Indonesia is developing this technology. Therefore, this thesis aims to develop technology CNC machine Fiber Laser Cutting Machine. In this final project, will discuss about Laser carrier and crane laser box where the goal is to find the maximum value of the deformation of the horizontal direction, the power of the crane laser box when receiving a static load, braking and acceleration loads. And to evaluate the ability of the laser carrier in receiving static loading, braking and acceleration loading using ANSYS static structural. The goal was taken because of there's no reference yet about accuracy or the value of the laser carrier deflection when working. In this final project was started by a study of literature on various sources and collect some technical data of Fiber laser cutting. Next is the design of the structure of the laser carrier by using Autodesk Inventor 3D software. Laser carrier will be loaded with the vertical load that include laser carrier load and laser box, the load due to acceleration and braking. This
