Abstract

Penelitian tentang analisis pengaruh ion Cd(II) pada penentuan Fe3+ dengan pengompleks 1,10-fenantrolin, telah dilakukan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Kompleks Fe(III) Fenantrolin memiliki panjang gelombang maksimum 320 nm dengan absorbansi sebesar 0,285. Kompleks ion pengganggu, Cd(II) Fenantrolin mempunyai panjang gelombang maksimum 316 nm dengan absorbansi 0,297. Koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh pada kurva kalibrasi sebesar 0,9991 dengan persamaan y = 0,1016x – 0,0006. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Cd(II) mulai mengganggu analisa Besi pada konsentrasi 0,6 ppm. Dengan % recovery 121.574 %. ======================================================================================== The research about impact in analysis of Cd(II) on Fe3+ determination with 1,10-phenantroline using UV-Vis spectrophotometry had been investigated. Fe(III) Phenantroline complex had maximum wavelength at 320 nm with 0,285 for absorbantion. Ion disturber complex, Cd(II) Phenantroline had maximum wavelength at 316 nm with 0,297 for absorbantion. The coefficient correlation (r) obtained from calibration curve was 0,9991 with the equation y = 0,1016x – 0,0006. The result showed, Cd(II) begin to interfere with Iron analysis at concentration 0,6 ppm with 121.574 % for percent recovery.
