Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi otomotif semakin mengalami perkembangan baik dalam segi penggunaan bahan bakar maupun dari teknologi kontrol sistemnya. Pada tugas akhir sebelumnya telah dikembangkan APR (auto pressure regulator) untuk sistem karburator dan d’ECU (D3 Teknik Mesin Electronic Control Unit) untuk sistem injeksi. Namun, dalam pengoperasian sepeda motor gas (wisanggeni) masih bongkar pasang regulator pada tabung gas 3 kg serta buka tutup kran gas. Rancang bangun sistem kontrol pengaman bahan bakar gas LPG 3 kg pada sepeda motor gas (wisanggeni) menggunakan sensor gas MQ-2 yang akan mendeteksi bau gas apabila terjadi kebocoran pada instalasi bahan bakar. Output yang diperoleh berupa tegangan analog yang akan diolah oleh mikrokontroler menggunakan software arduino uno. Untuk katup gas akan diganti menggunakan solenoid valve yang akan dikontrol oleh mikrokontroler seperti pada sistem pengaman bahan bakar gas. Jadi pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dioptimasi sistem otomasinya untuk pengoperasian sepeda motor gas (wisanggeni), sehingga untuk mengoperasikan sepeda motor gas (wisanggeni) akan seperti mengoperasikan sepeda motor bensin. On final project before has been developed APR (Auto Pressure Regulator) to karburator system and d’ECU (D3 Teknik Mesin Electronic Control Unit) to injection system. But, in operation of gas motorcycle (wisanggeni) still connecting and disconnecting regulator on gas cylinder 3 kg and open and close the gas valve Control design of safety gas fuel LPG 3kg in gas motorcycle (wisanggeni) use MQ-2 gas sensor that will detecting odors of gas in case of leakage on the installation of fuel. The output obtained in the form of analog voltage to be processed by microcontroller using software arduino uno. Opening gas valve in the final project before use regular gas valve. On this final project will be replaced using a solenoid valve to be controlled by a microcontroller such as the gas safety fuel system. So in this final project will be optimized automation system for operating gas motorcycle (wisanggeni), so as to operate a gas motorcycle will be the same as a motorcycle petro
